Fantastic trainers and staff and clean spacious facilities. Our Ziggy loved his two week training stay and his visits to board when we need help. No barking caged dogs going nuts as I've observed elsewhere. Grateful we found Wiggles. read more

We brought our 4-month-old puppy to Wiggles for the Puppy Socialization and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone is so friendly and so good with the pups. We had a tour of the facility and it's beautiful. I can see why the pups love it so much and look forward to bringing Onyx back for more socializing! read more

Very unprofessional. They refused to answer my request to detail play packages that are mandatory for boarding when I emailed. That in itself is ridiculous considering other places have that included. Thank God I did not trust them with my precious boy! read more

I can't say enough good things about Wiggles and the staff. we started taking our rescue dog here for day care a couple of times a month and despite her hesitation (at first) it was clear she had a nice time while there and was learning how to play nicely with other dogs. She just stayed for her first boarding experience and I so enjoyed getting the photo and report card every other day, and seeing the evidence that she was happy and secure. She slept hard when she got home--she was tired from activity and fun. The staff is great about answering questions. two thumbs up and thank you Wiggles! read more

I took my dogs here a couple of times. I can't complain about the care my dogs receive but the customer service was frustrating to deal with. When I check in on my dogs via phone or email I got a response half the time. Likewise, half of my interactions with the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems that the college age employees are pretty rude. They surprised us by changing the pick up time on the holiday weekend and didn't tell me until we dropped our dogs off and then still tried to charge us a late fee. There's also a lot of fees that aren't mentioned when making be a reservation and they'll be raising their prices soon. I won't be taking my dogs back here. read more

A home away from home for my dog. She joyfully arrives at daycare, and loves to greet all the great employees who work at the front desk. The large outdoor runs, and the fact that dogs are grouped by size sold me on Wiggles. read more

This is by far the most beautiful facility with the most professional and friendly staff. They thought of EVERYTHING from saftey to beauty. Pools, K9 grass, ambiance and a caring staff. This is a DON'T MISS for your furry family member. Daycare, grooming, spa & training. AMAZING!!! read more

Wonderful spa and grooming services from blueberry facials to de-shedding baths and haircuts. There's a great package with bath, blow dry, brushing, and nail filing. Ear cleaning and teeth brushing are also available. My dog left so happy and smelled great! read more

Beware! My dog has come home sick from here twice now. The owner, Laura, and the manager, Sandy, are like politicians. They're quick to respond with canned statements about how caring and conscientious they are, when the only thing they REALLY care about is money. The rates have increased every time we've used their facility and they mandate that you purchase a "play" package, making the lowest available rate $75/day plus tax. THen you can add on the hidden fees like mandatory medical coverage that protects THEM, not you. You also need to provide all of the food, saving them a bundle. In addition, they charge by the day, not the night, so a 1 night stay results in 2 days of charges. Our dog's last stay of 9 nights cost in excess of $944 and he came home sick. I inquired if anyone else had complained of sickness and, of course, the answer was no. I took him to the vet and he was prescribed an antibiotic that I had to pay almost $40 for, despite being charged for daily medical coverage. They have a slick marketing program, but they're just money-hungry. My dog will NEVER go back there. read more

Beware. They renovated the older kennel that was sold and spent a million dollars to glorify it but all about the money. Prices doubled and my dog got very sick. Went to vet before I dropped off my dog to make sure he was fine. $509.00. Dog stayed 1 week. $700.00. 2 days home super sick. Throwing up all over the house. Back to vet. $486.00 Kennel Cough. Call up. Oh so sorry but it happens. But no other dog got sick but mine. ???? Kennel cough is high contagious Find out later it has been running through the place. No offer to help. There analogy is you bring your kids to daycare and they come home sick. So how's this different. When something is running through daycare They CLOSE. For a day to sanitize the facility and all the toys. What did they do. If you bring your pet here then I guess you will find out read more

They don't accept dogs that bark and if your dog should bark once they will contact you that you must pick the dog up immediately even if your across the country. They leave you feeling stressed and thinking that there is something wrong with a dog if it barks. I have never been to a kennel that does not allow this. Once one dog yelps, then the others start as well. read more

Dropped our dog off last Wednesday evening for a 7 night stay. $100 deposit required as this was a holiday weekend. As new customers we got first night free. Called first few days to check on dog and all good. Changed our pickup date to a day early. Again no problem until I inquired about amount due upon pickup. Called more than once and was told could only give me an estimate. Called again yesterday and wanted more than an estimate. I calculated what I owed but wanted to confirm. Finally got someone who gave me an amount about $60 over what I believed I owed. Rechecked my figures in case I was mistaken and called back to say I could not reconcile amount due. Immediately the girl mentioned the "feeding charge" because I did not send in my dog's food in bags broken down by feeding. Needless to say I was shocked as this was never mentioned once when we booked. There is a $1.95 per feeding charge if the food is not sent in this way. She said she would waive the charges since we were new customers. I was thankful for this courtesy but again advised them that we had not been told. She said she'd send me a preliminary bill. Received the bill and the feeding charge still on the bill and was shocked to see they were charging me for 22 feedings. My dog gets fed twice a day so total feedings would be 11. I called this morning and asked where the 22 feedings came in and was told that because my dog received two separate foods mixed together one meal is considered two feeding charges. I was dumbfounded. There was also a $7 charge which I questioned and was told that's a $1 per day charge for dog warranty????At that point I had it. Was told that the $1 charge per day was in the contract that was thrown in front of me on an iPad the day we dropped off while 2 dogs being picked up from daycare were jumping on my back. I said where was the $1.95 feeding charge printed and of course there was no answer. The deception and hidden fees are real and we will never use them again nor recommend them. read more
