I have never used professional movers since in the past my husband was always the mover (along with his friends). However, this time the furniture, etc. I purchased was a surprise gift for his birthday and Fathers Day. I needed a courier to get a package to HNL airport for shipment to Moloka'i and I contacted several by phone or their online form. Wikiwiki Express was the only one who responded. I am very happy with their service. They were at the pickup on-time, unfortunately the package wasn't ready for them to take but they patiently waited. I received the package the next day as planned. Not a good choice if you have a small job -- you will be at the bottom of the list of things to be done despite when they tell you when you can expect them. Kayla did a good job of preparing a contract to move two items from town to Wahiawa at a reasonable price: (1) heavy cabinet, (2) queen bed. But I should have been warned when they said they would squeeze us in (in other words last priority). Kayla first proposed to do the move at 4:00 pm - I warned them traffic sucks from town to Wahiawa at rush hour, so we set 8:00 a.m. as move time. The day before, I rec'd a text at 2:25 pm confirming they'd be there between 8-8:30 a.m. At 7:58 am the next day, I texted them to let them know I was there waiting for them. Kayla texted back saying that someone called in sick and the next available time was between 9-10, but I was moving my elderly father out of a senior facility, and had to admit him into another senior facility at 9. So we scheduled the original 4:00 p.m. time. At 3:18 p.m. I received text asking if the moving elevator closed down at a certain time -- I responded no -- this should have been a clue. I was there at 4:00 waiting for them -- after 4:00, I texted them asking for an ETA - letting them know I had been there since 4. Then I got a text saying it was going to be after 5:00 p.m. and if I wanted to reschedule - I texted back this was not possible as everything had to be out of the unit that day. I texted several times after 5:00 p.m. asking for an ETA, and even questioning if this was a scam and was anyone coming? Finally, the driver texted me around 6 pm and let me know he was coming (almost two hours after scheduled time). During the move, the 2 movers broke a cross beam under the heavy cabinet, but we're not making claim about that as we can fix that easily. The price was reasonable, contracting quick, but their communication about when they were coming was terrible - if you have a small job, they won't make your job a priority - who knows when they will actually come and get it done? In noticed that folks with big all day jobs gave good reviews - but this small job was a huge disappointment with terrible communication. read more

I was so lucky to find Wikiwiki Express Delivery to help bring some Holiday Joy to a friend in need. I live in Europe and I wanted to do something special for my best friend who lives in Waikiki and won't be spending Christmas with her family this year. Chris picked up two goodie bags filled with wine and food from the market and delivered them to my friend's front door. He arrived EXACTLY at the agreed time! Chris/Wiki Wiki is the BEST! Nov 5th, early Monday morning I went on Yelp to look for a courier service. I have never utilized courier services before so I have no idea how it works and what rates are. I messaged Wiki Wiki on yelp and within a few minutes, Chris messaged me to call him so I did....at 7:48am. Chris was extremely accommodating and genuinely nice. I mentioned to him that I could drop off my items to him to deliver to make things easier. The only problem was he was about to leave the office to do deliveries soon and he was in Kakaako and I was in Hi Kai. So, he told me his driving route of deliveries for the day and I mentioned my delivery was rt in downtown just down the same street from his downtown delivery. Perfect! He met up with me at 12pm and by 12:43, he texted me a picture of the place he delivered my item to and said my items had been delivered and to the person it was delivered to. Now that is service! He was able to squeeze me into his scheduling the next day since I had a guest staying with us whose back was hurting due to an old mattress/bed they were sleeping on in our guest room. The delivery team met me at Costco and loaded the mattress after I purchased it, delivered it to our guest room, and hauled away the old mattress. My son is on deployment to the Phillipines, stationed in Hawaii, and needed to get a Valentines gift to his girlfriend in Hawaii and asked me to help.
