Wild about grooming!!!!! Wow!! So I used them for the first time today. Showed up on time and was eager to meet the dog. My dog an Alaskan malamute is very timid/sketch. Doesn't trust easily to say the least. Once the groomer was out of the vehicle and introduced himself to me as Justin I went to get my dog. He is a big boy at 118 pounds and can't walk between the legs of most people. But this didn't stop Justin. He just chilled and let koda relax a bit before trying to get him in the vehicle. Offered a treat which was nice because this dog is definitely food motivated. After that we got him in the van and I left them. I took nearly 11/2 hours to complete because of Justin's patience. Once inside he was working with koda to gain more trust. I ask a lot of Justin. Gave him the list of things I wanted done and he went to work. Not rushing like most places would. Took his time to gain Kodas respect. All I can say is that they are amazing. He finished and brought the dog to the door. When I opened it I expected him to run inside and hide, to my surprise he and Justin became besties. He looks amazing and everything I asked for was completed. I tipped very well for a job well done and scheduled again for a month out. This was done out of convenience for them to come to us. And they did not disappoint. Will recommend them to Everyone in the area that have pets. This place knocked it out of the park for sure. Thanks again wild about grooming. You guys rock. read more

Fantastic service! Jim and Starlet were great with both of my dogs on their first professional grooming. They were attentive to all my dogs' needs and you can tell they really care about your pets. They were also super flexible with my scheduling, which was a big load of stress off my plate. Jim and Starlet are the best pair of groomers I could have asked for. They came right to my house with top-of-the-line shampoo and conditioner for my babies, and my husky looks like he could win best in show now. They've got backgrounds in physical therapy and veterinary medicine, so they know what they're talking about when it comes to the welfare of your pets. And they're great conversationalists as well! I can't recommend them hard enough. I'll be seeing them every six weeks or so from now on, and you should too. Had an appointment for my 2 dogs which had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. My appointment was for noon and the groomer contacted me less than 10mins before my appointment to say they were running behind and would like to push the appointment 45-60mins, but I was okay with that. An hour and 20mins later they did show up. They were fairly quick with a team of 2, but I must admit I expected the dogs to be thoroughly dried and they both came back fairly soggy (I was told one of them just hated the blow dryer though) Also pretty sure 1 of my dogs didn't get his ears cleaned. Other than that they are clean and smell nice. I gave an extra star on account of the extenuating circumstances. I'm sure they were crazy busy rescheduling so many, and were working their butts off. I'll definitely give this another shot, but if my next experience isn't better I won't be using them again. read more

Im so glad we found Wild About Grooming! It is immensely more convenient than driving through weekend traffic to drop off/ pick up my dogs at Petsmart! They are much happier hopping into the mobile unit for their grooming without leaving the driveway. They actually lead the way instead of us having to carry them due to resisting. Theyre not gone for hours and come back with huge smiles. Theres no more having to baby them the rest of the day since they're perfectly content! My pups look good, feel good, prices are reasonable. I cant think of any reason to use anyone else! read more

Starlet and her staff always do an AMAZING job on my two huskies!! I have them groomed by her regularly when they shed their winter and summer coats. She always makes them look beautiful. She does a really good job at assessing your pet needs and always gives a thorough report after. There were even a couple of times that she advised me that my female appeared to have a UTI. She was right after taking my dog to the vet and they confirmed. So having Starlet as your groomer is a bonus, bc she also has vet tech experience from her past! I have a young shih tzu that has not been to the groomers often. I tried doing her myself at home after two and a half hours it was a disaster! I called pets mart they charge $60, but you have to leave your baby there. I wasn't crazy about leaving her since she gets stressed easy. I called wild about grooming and made an appointment. It's so nice they come to your house. The women showed up right on time, and I explained my baby might be difficult, but she took it in stride and did a wonderful job! read more

Wild about Grooming is outstanding! I recently moved to the area. I called several local groomers. I guess the local groomers don't want or need my business because they were way overpriced. My gsd was past time for a bath and nail trim. I saw the Wild about Grooming ( WAG) van drI've down the street. I gave them a call. The price can't be beat! AND they come to your house! Awesome! Took my Phyllis, my long haired Chihuahua, to Wild About Grooming at the Silos. She had not been professionally groomed in months.. when I picked her up after about 30 minutes she was so beautiful, smelled good and was one happy dog. Justin always shows up when he is supposed to and is gentle and caring with my dog who hates to have her nails trimmed / filed. My dog is an absolute drama queen when it comes to filing or cutting her nails . I can bathe her , clean her ears , and clean her wrinkles , but not her nails . Justin gets the job done and does a good job! Also , he is patient with her when she puts her "brakes" on to avoid getting in the Wild About Grooming vehicle . read more

The convenience of this service is great! The service is ALWAYS amazing! I have an old lab and three French bulldogs. My dogs enter the grooming van willingly no problems at all! They have a lot of patience with my Frenchies. One of the frenchies has a lot of anxiety. The vet request I give her a trazadone before her visit. I'm very happy she was at ease when groomed today. My first time experience using mobile services they came out to my subdivision. And I loved it! It was convenient from booking to the end. I have a Pug so no grooming but he definitely got one on one pampering and it beats him waiting a long time at a busy facility. My dogs love it when they pull up and I don't have to worry about loading them up to haul them all in to a groomer and then rushing to pick them back up again. The pricing is very competitive with the groomer I was using, and I don't have to clean out my car after! So excited to have a mobile groomer in our area! They were quick to respond via phone and text. As with most groomers you will need to schedule weeks in advance. Came on schedule, took great care of our shi tzu, and were finished in about an hour. Our dog had lots of matted hair and they took such good care of him without making me feel guilty for not brushing him, really appreciated that! read more

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our pet enjoyed his grooming that he even licked the person bathing him, so we know he really had a good time. Our dog was clean, nails trimmed, and well taken care of. Definitely looking forward to our monthly visit. We struggled finding the right groomers for our dog because he is a large black lab.
