For example, the staff discount was removed for some employees but not others, creating a perception of unequal treatment. As the longest-serving dispatcher at the time, I was not offered the discount, which I found disappointing and unfair. Overall, the work environment felt increasingly toxic due to inconsistent policies and a lack of clear communication on important matters. Based on my experience, these issues had a negative impact on both employee morale and the overall quality of the school. While working there, I personally had concerns about safety practices and whether certain procedures were being handled appropriately. In my experience, management's actions often did not match what had been communicated, which made it difficult to trust their commitments. Flight training costs have become difficult to justify as well-- At the time of writing, aircraft rental was listed at $250 per hour, plus $60 per hour for instruction for a C172s. There is much more I could say, but my advice is simple: do your research and consider other schools before committing your time and money here.
