She helped us get the school to do what my son needed in order to be successful and I am forever grateful that she and I met. She is the most kind and knowledgeable person/mom/advocate I've ever known. Don't know where we'd be now if I'd never met her. She is a smart, kind and patient advocate who gets things done.

Communication was inconsistent--appointments were missed or late--and there was no follow-up. I only learned two weeks after the PPT that I had run out of time for one. Her tone in the meeting was not collaborative, which she indicated was her approach. I wouldn't recommend if you are out of state.
