Just a quick update on this place. From my very first visit to this store about 2 1/2 years ago right after it opened I've had nothing but great experiences. The store interior is nice and inviting and more importantly the staff working here is great! They are always more than happy to let you sample as many flavors of their juice as it takes to find the perfect one for your vaping pleasure. That way it's guaranteed that what you buy you'll enjoy since you've tried it before you bought it. Yesterday I was served by Randi and she continued the tradition of great customer service. I was in need of a new juice tank and as I expected she got me fixed up with the perfect solution to the problem I wanted to fix that was being caused by my previous tank that I'd bought elsewhere. Not only did she sell me the best product for my needs, she also was very patient when dealing with my many questions about not just the tank I was buying, but she also gave me some really good pointers on how to best use the different options on my battery to help me get the best results from my new juice tank. Yes, if you get to have Randi serving you then you are very lucky, but don't worry if you get somebody else waiting on you because I've received the same great service from all of their staff here on every visit to Freedom Smoke USA. I'm sold on Freedom Smoke USA and will continue to frequent them for all of my vaping needs. Yes, the cost of the equipment if you buy higher end devices can be a bit pricey, but compared to the price of smoking it's really cheap since once you have the equipment you only have to buy the juice from that point on. Not to mention non-smokers around you will really appreciate the fact that now instead of gagging them with the stinky smell of burning tobacco now you'll be exhaling smells that are very pleasant. It's too early to tell with absolute certainty just how safe vaping is compared to smoking, but as an ex-smoker who smoked for 34 years and who has emphysema from that I can tell you that my lungs literally feel a hundred times better now that I've given up smoking and gone to vaping instead. Even my doctor who's anti-smoking says that as far as she can tell vaping doesn't seem to be anymore hazardous than wearing a nicotine patch which is considered safe. read more

I have been a regular customer for almost two years. In all that time, I have found the staff there friendly and inviting. The juice selection can use some revamp as a few flavor are variations on other favors. The shear combinations of flavor and reliability of the mixers make their juice one of the most consistent offerings I have had the privilege of consuming. Brett and Art can mix some mean juices in a quick amount of time. As for the company, they have the same issues most employers have in the area. Holland is full of privileged people who just don't stand for what they preach, and Freedom Smoke has gotten their share of bad apples from the crop of potential gems the still live in the area. As a matter of fact, a previous GM was rude and quite frankly disrespectful to both his staff and the customers. Now, the MITs and GM are awesome at working with customers and each other. Randi and Jim are some of the coolest cats I have been grateful to meet. I have been to Freedom several times and each time the customer service has been an A+. They are accommodating in every way. The juice they offer is excellent and I've never had an issue with it. I went to get me a mod. I loved how they were willing to show me what to do and how too do it. I bought my mod and RDA and a 15ml of juice and they set me up with a beautiful build named the twisted coil setup. It was beautiful and smoked like a charm. Got tons of cloud from it. Thier flavors never seems to stop amazing me. They have over 300 flavors i believe they told me. I just really cant wait to go back and buy me a box mod. I also noticed they have really good box. And good brands. They should definatly keep up thier good work because its paying off. This is the shop i go to for my kanthol and my Wicks/Cotton. And they can understand that you gotta hurry. This place sucks they dont treat customer's well or follow own policies and do everything they can to get out of returns on defective equipment. Even if you do come in before the 30 days they tell you they have to test it so you are over the 30 days . or some one will extend it then when they talk to corporate they say no way. Mine was extended 2x then today told sorry go to manufacture. read more

Very nice service. However... Worst juice on market. Zero flavor. Im writing this in responce to buying juice online for the first time. Cheaper and way better. He was totally helpful, knowledgeable, and wasn't about to let me leave without juices I loved after one of his employees sent me away with juice that I was unhappy with came back and he exchange them out the next day! This place is a joke...they have a huge menu but not one decent tobacco flavor just a bunch of so-so juice (OH BUT ITS ORGANIC/KOSHER...what? give me a break) they never have anything in stock yet they always tell me next week or on wednesday it will be in only to tell me the same thing when I return. I tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the fact they were new but they have been open well over six months and they are still just as disappointing as ever. If this store has been your only experience with a vapor shop you should think about going out of town to one of the more knowledgeable suppliers it will make your vaping more enjoyable and hassle free I guarantee it to be worth the drive. read more

they tell you there is a warranty on their products but when my 35 dollar tank fell apart in my hands 3 weeks later they wouldn't replace it. they said the warranty covers everything but the glass and wick. well it was my base that broke and they wouldn't horror the warranty. Recently purchased juice..flavor was supposed to be or as orange cream, but smelled like nail polish remover. Brought bottle in and lady agreed that it was not orange cream. Never offered to replace or figure out what it was. Wonder what they put in there? Buyers beware. With no federal guidelines, are they allowed to use rubbing alcohol or acetone?
