It was very calm, quiet and spacious inside. I'd never been to a vape shop that looked so professional. Any city I go to, I like finding places I tend to go my local version regularly so I can have solid places to go for those needs if I'm ever there for a longer trip. I would definitely make Kalamazoo Vapor my go to vape shop for when in the area based off friendliness and cleanliness. When in Holland I will be back.

The kenger knock off "is the same as the original Kenger, it just doesnt have the name on it", which is what the man told me. So of course im going to buy the one that is 5 dollars cheaper, that is if they are the same. It wasn't long til i found it was NOT the same. First of all both the wicks that came with the package were awful, one burnt in a matter of a day, the other didn't even work at all! So i brought it in hoping to get a few new wicks, of no charge to me seeing as they sold me awful ones in the first place. But of course they didn't help me at all, "sorry we cant do that, no refunds." I didn't want a refund! All i wanted was for them to give me 2 wicks, and i would have been on my way. When i saw that was getting me no where i tried buying some more juice. They didn't have the 7 ml bottle, which is what i wanted, and after some more conversing and arguing i was forced to buy the bigger bottle. If i go into a business looking for a specific item and they dont have it, shouldn't they help me out a little bit? I told them i would take the bigger bottle, but for no more cost than the 7 ml, but of course they couldn't help me at all there either. Finally i just said whatever, then only a few days later my tank that i originally bought started to leak, i was getting more juice in my mouth than vape. This is when I finally just said screw it and I ahven't been back since, they are of no help whatsoever. I would highly recommend FREEDOM USA on Riley Street in Holland, they are very helpful and that is where I started going first, took a break when i tried Vape's, but now I will only be taking my business to Freedom.

Someone had mentioned the stones in the driveways. They ARE difficult to walk on within the market area. The only other issue was the number of vehicles driving through the market area when open. There isn't enough room for cars AND walkers. Not interested in a further visit. I'd sure would have liked to see the variety and really wanted some wood planters. Oh well. FAR from the best.

There is produce, bulk candies, confections, a boot store, a shoe store, so many clothing and jewelry options in addition to vintage and handmade items. There are a lot of seasonal vendors there as well as new comers regularly. Some massive shops and some with a table and canopy. The atmosphere is always friendly people, both sellers and shoppers. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. We just finished our second weekend of selling, going back for the 3 day weekend for 4th of July and while I'm exhausted I am excited. Camping is on your site for the most part/ in your vehicle and there are air conditioned restrooms open 24h. Being able to come on Friday without extra charge is valuable if you are not seasonal, giving extra time to be organized without pressing yourself so much in the morning. Cathy's Kitchen has great coffee and breakfast, I've not had their lunch and they are not open for dinner. Everyone in there is so friendly. Free parking and admission make this a great value and must stop for shoppers and no one should be disappointed in doing so. Many people bring their dogs, of all sizes and breeds, some in strollers. They also have puppies for sale/ to adopt, though I'm not the biggest fan of that especially in the heat. There's a country market across the street (not affiliated) with a nice variety of offerings to accommodate your stay as well. Put Reits on your list if you haven't been yet, just bring your sunbrella, sunscreen and water for you and your pet if you bring them. Hope to see you there!

This place is awesome.... the customer service is great. When I first started vaping I thought it was stupid. I didn't think that vaping could ever replace cigarettes. When I went in and met Monroe he new just what I needed to quick smoking. Monroe was very knowledgeable and new almost everything about the products at freedom smoke. What I really liked is that he wasn't just trying to sell me anything Monroe had a real interest in with my concerns.... I have to say if it wasn't for him I would probably still be smoking.... the current manager now is also a great person. Matt is very caring about his customer needs and I think a lot of customers return because of the management. I'm not making this up I have always had a the red carpet experience when I'm there.... thanks guys I really appreciate the service. read more

I went in today to try and buy a new box mod that they used to always carry, I bought the same one from them early this year, today went to replace it and they told me they don't sell those anymore "there's no market for it". I understand you might not sell that many but you're a VAPE SHOP namely a "e-liquid and Vapor shop" but you don't even sell e-liquid anymore maybe a few cheap shitty Chinese brands that'll destroy your lungs, but that's it. If you just wanna sell breezes and profit off these stupid college kids just change your name to "breeze shop" or something ffs. P.s they 2 ladies that were there to "help" me today didn't help at all, all they did was give me an attitude and didn't answer a single question I asked except why they didn't sell them anymore and it's because there's no market for it lol such terrible customer service. I went in because my Vape wasn't working. I narrowed it down to the mouth piece not working,…read morewouldn't pair with the vape. I wanted to return the three pack replacement mouth piece. The mouth piece only took one fill, then after one fill, they no longer worked. I brought them back for an exchange. The employee, unknown name, called the owner. He advised I need to purchase a whole new vape, not just mouth piece. So I purchased a whole new vape. I returned home and tried the new mouth piece from the new vape in my old vape, the old vape worked. I returned to fully worked shop and advised what I found. She called her boss again and I was advised that I couldn't return the replacement mouth pieces because they had fluid in them. I was then told that since I used a new mouth piece from the new vape, I could not return that either. I was sold something I didn't need and they would not return the vape, which I did not need because I used a piece of the new vape. No consideration for the mistake they made and no accountability. I will not return to Fully Worked smoke & vape shop.
