I was not disappointed, they had exactly what I was looking for, and the quality looked to be excellent. They even gift wrapped the package, which was quite large. Ahh the pleasure of shopping locally. I have no idea where else I could have found the feeder, and the gift wrapping was the cherry on top. Unfortunately I've been conditioned to shop the big box stores, I'm positive I would not have found this anywhere else. Very positive experience, the owner and staff were really nice people. And my very special great niece, and future great nephew were very pleased with the gift as it matches their new house perfectly. Please note: This is a real review and not some friend of the owner or store. I know I always wonder about a ringer when I read a very positive review. This is not one of those!

They all knew I was there, ready to pay and leave. Why not break away for 5 minutes to help me? I am not expecting a red carpet treatment, just purchase what I want and leave. Other time some friends of the owners were there talking about motorcycle in great length. I felt awkward, like I was breaking up a small get together. I have never felt this way at any other stores..... Something is very pretentious about this place. Now I am a member of a local bird feeding store where staff are always friendly and ready to help, happy to answer questions and I feel really welcomed even purchasing a small suet cake. The Bird Store and More carries some really wonderful products, but I probably won't go back there any time soon.

They have a selection of better quality foods for your feathered friends here, including bags of seeds and suet. The prices are definitely higher than you would find at other discount and hardware stores, but you're also buying a better quality of seed. I'm not so certain, though, that the price of their suet packages - at least three times the cost elsewhere - is quite as justified. You'll also find here a better selection of bird houses, bird feeders (many of which are resistant to various types of pests) and perches. In the front of this particular store, they carried a line of Corinthian Bells wind chimes. The owner/manager is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and will be glad to assist and converse with you. It's worth checking out... just don't tell the squirrels.

After Bob sold his beloved business to a huge heartless corporation, shopping at the Brookfield store has transformed into something terrifying. Do not enter this house of horrors. If you do, you will do so at your peril. Bob used to stand for something good. Now, this store is a place of pure evil. Abandon all hope all who enter. Welcome to the gates of hell. Here is my recent experience with Bob's Discount Furniture. I spent $1500 for a grey Luxe Power Recliner including the cost for the Goof Proof Plan, etc. Of course, the cheaply constructed chair broke! The mechanism bent and warped so badly it hurt my back. The warped mechanism broke the plastic coupling on the power cord. I was afraid of receiving an electric shock when the wiring snapped. I was worried that this electric chair would provide the actual experience of being electrocuted! This chair is wonderful if you like pain. I reluctantly returned to this terrible store. With the voucher I received from GoofProof, I paid $1447 for a new "Hercules" chair, including the costs for a new GoofProof Plan, delivery, taxes, etc. Bob's Discount Furniture Store never delivered the chair. Recently, I returned to the store to inquire about the delivery of my chair. Stacey, the store manager, told me no Hercules chairs existed anywhere in the world including the one I was staring at in the showroom! I politely asked for a full refund. Stacey refused to issue a full refund or deliver a chair. Then, she abruptly stormed off in a huff. Another meek store salesman approached me. He told me to get out of the store or he would call the police! I left that awful store. I am warning all of you. Do not shop here! You will regret it. My back is still killing me. Go to Bob's Stores so that you too can have a delightful Bob's experience like I had. I am so sad that Bob is dead.

No complaints with quality, delivery (on time as promised and always polite delivery people), or the goof-proof option. I always get the goof proof as insurance for my purchase. I've used the repair company and found them effective and a pleasure to work with. All in all why spend thousands of dollars on furniture you can get for hundreds!
