I had questions about caring for these plants -- repotting, fertilizing, etc. Their expert wasn't in the store, but before I got home (Columbia --30 minutes away), he called to answer my questions. Very nice, very helpful. I also bought some produce (great place for local peaches and tomatoes and more), some frozen meat, and a couple of small gifts. LOVE this place. I'll be back.

My family and I touched and played with the kittens through the cage, as any person would. About 5 minutes after touching and playing with the kittens, the store employee advised us that the kittens have ringworm. I am very concerned that my family and pets will end up with ringworm now as it is very contagious. There was no sign or anything on the cage to warn people to not tough these cats or that they have ringworm. I can't understand why a pet store would have cats out in the open for public to touch/pet that have ringworm! The employees couldn't have cared less either.

They had provided my dog with baths the past 3 months with the same torn acl and no one turned him away. I have now spent over an hour and communicated with 3 different customer service reps and no one can give me documentation of a policy which the groomers used to turn my dog away last Sunday. Customer service for Petco is inadequate. The second rep emailed me a "policy" in her own words, which was written very poorly. Why can a huge corporation not provide me with documentation of POLICY?

Our baby is now a senior and he can be quite a handful, however, Miss Taylor and Miss Kim are still able to give him a quality groom despite his being grumpy. Vader loved the oxygenation bath, and it seemed to really help with his arthritis. Miss Taylor is on top of Vader's skin issues as well. The recommended oil seems to be helping as well. They also had all of the essential foods, crates, leashes, toys, etc., and a great snack bar where I got an awesome treat for my dog. They also had some older cats that were up for adoption, as well as some geckos, fish, and mice. Finally, the girl working the cash register was really sweet and continually asked if I needed help finding anything. All-in-all, this seems like a great pet store, and I'll definitely come back the next time I need something for my dog!

When I arrived, the demeanor of the person at the front desk felt off right away. There was no one else waiting, but I wasn't greeted in a friendly or welcoming manner. I asked who Hannah R. was, and the woman at the front desk pointed at herself in a rude, dismissive way. I then explained that I had an appointment and asked if the estimated time of 1-2 hours was accurate. Her response was, "That's just what corporate thinks we can do. I'm overbooked--he'll be my last one and will take 3-4 hours." That completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment and directly contradicts the information on your website. She didn't smile once or make any effort to be friendly--it honestly seemed like she hated being there. Given her attitude, and after seeing reports and videos online about dogs being mistreated at grooming salons, I didn't feel safe leaving my dog. I told her I wanted to cancel the appointment, and she clearly didn't care at all.

Very rude like this young girl knows what the heck she is even talking about. Told her to go f herself and got my dog out of that hell hole.
