There is no other daycare facility I would want him at. All the women there go above and beyond for my son's mental, emotional, and educational needs. They are prompt and detailed with any questions or concerns I have. I can see my son's educational growth and highly recommend the phonics tutoring they offer as well. They are a dream team facility! Every morning that I come in I get zero acknowledgement from the lady at the front desk. I mean literally not a word. I can come in and out, see her talking to literally everyone else, but never speaks to me. This morning I stood at the door and said "bye, thank you!" Three times and was blatantly ignored. Another girl heard me (after slightly yelling the third time) and said "thank you, bye!" With a smile, but still nothing from the front desk lady. It is very frustrating that there isn't even common courtesy given by this person, especially when you see her talking to other people like they're best friends. Is your job not at the VERY LEAST be friendly and say hello or goodbye to the parents that come in and out? I mean you can't even LOOK in my direction when I talk to you. I can't comprehend this. It honestly makes me wonder throughout the day if my son is being treated fairly, being that I feel I am not. She is straight up rude & I would not recommend taking your child here if you would like to be treated like a regular human being when you go in/out. I have been nothing but friendly, courteous and kind... it's just sad that I can't get that same energy back. DO better and BE better.

He is a "mama's boy" and attached at my hip but since attending he has really blossomed and is fully prepared for Kindergarten next year thanks to Lollys. During the government shutdown we were unable to pay our bill on time and Lollys was so concerned about preparing Parker for his upcoming school year they helped us in that situation in more ways than you can imagine. I'm proud my son is attending Lollys! From a mother of 3 young children to another mother father or guardian, trust that your child will be safe and loved at Lollys.

Beware when choosing a place for your loved ones.go there and see if the clients seem content or are they anxious? This is a good daycare for your adult loved ones while you work. This daycare even has a nap room which I think is essential for an establishment that deals with the elderly and disabled. There's always at least one nurse there at all times it's a great place. If they screw up I'll update this right away. My daughter went for about a year before covid then was kept home for a year and a half and just started again with the same great people. My only complaint is the stupid temp check. My child has many problems, extreme anxiety being one of them and her temp shows as high because she's upset about the temp checks and gets herself worked up and crying on the way there. All employees and clients should be vaccinated or not allowed inside. The cdc as well as every intelligent person who knows anything at all about anything but this is just covid at the moment we're talking about. Most people with covid don't show symptoms if they do, including a fever, they've been contagious for days and have already infected everyone. So instead of the useless temp check it should be mandatory vaccination for all. TLC took clients to be vaccinated. I personally thank them and wish everyone would just get vaccinated and shut up with the nonsense. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.

There's lots of ppl a lot of loud noise , the staff very rude..they shaved baby Raiden back area while he was awake.. they hacked my credit card when I put down deposit online .. they lost my paperwork so lady with curly puffy hair got attitude snatched my phone out of my hand and walked with it inside the office.. when I went to Pick up my pet the office had a strong kitty urine smell ,pet crates next to each other on concrete floor. My poor kitten was traumatized when I brought him home. I called plenty of times to voice my concerns and no call back. Never again if you truly care about your pet trust me they are not that cheap , so just take your pets elsewhere. In my honest opinion they do not care about the animals, you and your loved one do not deserve this type of treatment nor the dirty negative negligence place they call vet clinic ... I am mirroring AND agree that this operation is not at all what it seems. **** see below**** I would encourage people to look at the real reviews on Yelp before you consider this place. It all appears on Google, as if it's a loving adoption and foster business that loves cats. I do not believe the positive reviews to be legitimate or even real, here, on Google for several reasons. Friends and acquitances are unfortunately all too common, misleading the public. This is common, and taking a positive review or a series of them, need to be weighed by the negatives and the failure to respond to negative reviews, speaks volumes There is something nefarious with the reviews and their "Director". The reviews on Yelp mirror my experience. Rude. intentional avoidance, phone number never answered. It would be better in my view to just do something else if you're unable or unwilling to fulfill your alleged mission or mission statement. It is their desire, it seems, to discourage those seeking to bring a homeless feline, to save a precious life, from doing so. In onc instace, I've read the review was scathing and concerning, especially where immediate danger to some kittens, attacked by dogs, was allegedly ignored. This is believable, based upon my experience. If it is a matter of underfunding, that is understandable. But it doesn't negate or excuse the hostility toward potential clients and avoidance. Nevertheless, ignoring contact and multiple complaints about the director being "rude" should be of concern to anyone seeking their assistance. This was my experience as well. Use discernment because we all know that action speaks louder than words. ***DO NOT RISK YOUR ANIMALS LIFE, HEALTH, OR TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION.
