Every morning that I come in I get zero acknowledgement from the lady at the front desk. I mean literally not a word. I can come in and out, see her talking to literally everyone else, but never speaks to me. This morning I stood at the door and said "bye, thank you!" Three times and was blatantly ignored. Another girl heard me (after slightly yelling the third time) and said "thank you, bye!" With a smile, but still nothing from the front desk lady. It is very frustrating that there isn't even common courtesy given by this person, especially when you see her talking to other people like they're best friends. Is your job not at the VERY LEAST be friendly and say hello or goodbye to the parents that come in and out? I mean you can't even LOOK in my direction when I talk to you. I can't comprehend this. It honestly makes me wonder throughout the day if my son is being treated fairly, being that I feel I am not. She is straight up rude & I would not recommend taking your child here if you would like to be treated like a regular human being when you go in/out. I have been nothing but friendly, courteous and kind... it's just sad that I can't get that same energy back. DO better and BE better.

If anything did happen, as in a scratch or a bump (normal kid stuff) they were quick to let me know and kept me in the loop. My Son previously went to a diff daycare for 3 months and cried everyday when I dropped him off, was still crying when I picked him up. He would tense up when we would drive up to the other daycare. All the they would say was, "He did great today, Mom" while his face was red from crying. When I switched over to Jan and Rays, he stopped crying within the FIRST WEEK!!! I prefer a daycare out of a house rather than a facility due to number of kids per adult. The other place was pure chaos. ALL the kids were either screaming, crying, running or climbing on something. Jan and Ray have a more structured setting. Calming. They are very meticulous when it comes to rules and regulations, keeping everything up to code, cleanliness and have a preschool agenda. My son knows all of his colors, most numbers, all the alphabet and can write his name pretty well. He can also read the words that he recognizes (similar to sight words). He has an interest for BOOKS now! This is my last kid and I am really bummed that this is his last month, we will definitely miss them and my son will also miss all of his BEST-FRIENDS he made there.

Since he has been at St. Paul's he has made enormous strides in his development. He can now sit up, roll and hold his bottle. The staff is so caring and they are almost as excited as I am when he reaches another milestone. I am also a breastfeeding mom and the teachers are knowledgeable about the proper storage and handling of breast milk. They even learned paced bottle feeding to help my son maintain his desire to breast feed. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great place to leave my child.

Beware when choosing a place for your loved ones.go there and see if the clients seem content or are they anxious? This is a good daycare for your adult loved ones while you work. This daycare even has a nap room which I think is essential for an establishment that deals with the elderly and disabled. There's always at least one nurse there at all times it's a great place. If they screw up I'll update this right away. My daughter went for about a year before covid then was kept home for a year and a half and just started again with the same great people. My only complaint is the stupid temp check. My child has many problems, extreme anxiety being one of them and her temp shows as high because she's upset about the temp checks and gets herself worked up and crying on the way there. All employees and clients should be vaccinated or not allowed inside. The cdc as well as every intelligent person who knows anything at all about anything but this is just covid at the moment we're talking about. Most people with covid don't show symptoms if they do, including a fever, they've been contagious for days and have already infected everyone. So instead of the useless temp check it should be mandatory vaccination for all. TLC took clients to be vaccinated. I personally thank them and wish everyone would just get vaccinated and shut up with the nonsense. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.
