There are others with a larger compliment of services, but since I have REO as my boat yard and Marine repair service, Sunset has exactly what I need. -They have well maintained Dock & Gangways -The shore power & water lines are first rate -Bathrooms & laundry are spic & span 100% -Allow outside maintenance to come work on your boat -Extra dingy dock available -Transportation carts for your stuff always available -Marine equipment and beverages always stocked -Fuel is the cheapest in Casco Bay!!! -Long term clientele who are welcoming to new members, very helpful and very friendly -Dan & Elaine are great business people. They care about the boat owners and it shows -They also provide routine and special weather updates, and will contact you immediately out of concern for your vessel, especially when a big storm is brewing -It's the small touches: Dan & Elaine provided a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show out of pocket because of the Wuhan Virus limitations this year. I store the boat and motor home there and that is convenient they wrap and I have had no bad issues at all. I had problems with my motorhome that I had a number of people look at and it was not resolved and the mechanics at Ponce were eventually able to resolve it and my motorhome runs great now and I mean great I could not be more pleased. You can feel confident that they will do the best they can for you maybe not always perfect but they'll take care of things. They also maintain my boat trailers and have even had work done on my truck. The point is I've used them enough over a long period of time for numerous vehicles and can confidently give them a five-star rating.

They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part. I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however. They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in. It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough. Truly if you need a part give them a jingle and toss the dice.

They are super friendly and helpful. This past Tuesday we hit a floating piece of wood in the harbor. Jon happened by and we told him what happened. By the time I got in to the office to tell Jen, she already had called Marty from Service to look at engine. By Wednesday afternoon I had a call from Marty in Service to say that he had been down to the boat and fixed the problem (very minor issue) and that we were ready to go again! We have been in the water at Spring Point since the first of May. As new boat owners we have had many questions and requests. All the staff is knowledgable and friendly. Could not have selected a better place to buy our boat or to keep it for the season! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this entire team!

Got a price and ordered the cap, had it installed, a window cage was missing that I paid for, I called, they said they would credit me. After a month, I had to go in person to force them to wait on me and credit me. Fast forward a year, my son came in and gave all his info to order another cap for our second truck. That was a month ago, still no answer! Go somewhere that actually wants your business, these guys just don't seem to care at all. The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation
