Without a doubt, the nicest record store in Knoxville. I was there yesterday May 30 was my first time in the store. Everything was nicely laid out and not too compact so you could see the albums as you were thumbing through them. The prices were reasonable. We antique a lot and come across a lot of records and I have never seen a collection that is at this level. The quality of records makes you wonder if these have been locked in a vault somewhere. Most of the records I see have scratches and torn or damaged covers, but not with Wild Honey. Come here for new and used that is like new. Epic collection!!! read more

Wild Honey has a great selection of both new releases and used vinyl. They sell only very high quality used albums. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop was nice with a lot of great selections. However, my husband and I felt the customer service was lacking. No one said hello or asked if we needed help finding anything. When my husband was ready to buy his album, he was ignored by the cashier who seemed more focused on sorting albums and talking to other people who were not in line to check out. In the end my husband just put down the album and left. Very disappointed and probably won't be back. read more

Wild Honey Records in Knoxville, Tn is a great record shop ! The staff are super nice people and they are always willing to help you find what you're looking for. They remember faces very well. In fact, they've found quite a few of the albums that I was seeking within a week. Also, the albums were in the condition that I like. The shop is a new business and it seems to get better every time I stop in to get my vinyl fix! In addition, the prices are affordable for any collector's budget. I've been to a lot of record stores, but Wild Honey Records is my favorite. They have a great selection of new and used vinyl. They often have new vinyl in stock that even Amazon is out of. I've visited this little record shop twice and will go back. First of all, it's tiny, which is fine unless there are several other patrons. I don't really understand the organization aside from that it's by price-range, but i tend to look at every single thing in the store anyway to make sure I'm not missing some kind of golden egg. I found a great Professor Longhair record for $7. There were EXCESSIVE duplicates of mediocre-at-best records in the bins. Multiple copies of the same crap, spread out throughout the store. It's worth a periodic run-through to find that record that, while not neccessarily outstanding, has been missing from your collection (Replacement copy of Tunnel of Love, I am looking for you.) read more
