Customer Service sucks here. I know it's a gas station but still... I drive to Phx all the time for work and before I head home I always stop here. The staff is always so unfriendly. Today driving home around 4:00 PM the lady behind the counter seemed like I was such an inconvenience. As I approached the counter she was standing there in her phone. She didn't even say Hi. I bought a couple items and also got gas. Told the woman to have a good day and she didn't even respond. This place sucks. I only stopped here when I'm completely desperate for gas. And now thanks to their at pump super loud advertising, the dumb credit card machines won't even work. You have to go inside and wait in line. I should also mention this is the ghetto gas station. Somebody is always blaring some terrible music inflicting it upon everyone within earshot. Broke down on side of highway walked to this gas station to get some AC as we wait for tow truck as it was 109 degrees today and I had my son with me paid for some drinks and gas hoping that was the car issue left to check if gas fixes issue didn't so headed back to gas station as we continued waiting for tow truck. Walked in nearly fainted from heat as we drink our already paid for drinks employees all gave horrible looks and side comments to one another because we were inside. As I didn't feel comfortable and much rather wait in heat then deal with ugly humans. Both works at Same time literally scream at me and my son to pay for the already paid for drinks. Guy had just closed me out for drink no longer then 15 minutes prior I stated we had paid they made me and my son even more uncomfortable about situation so I pulled out my mobile bank app showed them my transaction and still at this point the guy is accusing we did not pay. I stated I was walking out and them adding to the stress me and my child are already dealing with is completely rude. A much nicer tone and caring for our situation would have been great as we were already dealing with a lot. Not one apology or nice comment came from a single one of them after finding my receipt of purchase. No care for myself or my child as we were clearly over heated and instead they decided to add and make a much hard time for us. Not ok and if issues like this arise apologizing goes a long way. Being professional even if you careless should also be all business goals. This one clearly doesn't know what professionalism is. read more

Came here yesterday and it took them 20 minutes to switch over registers meanwhile a line of 14 of us piled up and no one even addressed us!! Then come here today at 5am, walk in and there's an employee at the door turning people away saying they are closed for 30 minutes??? wtf!!! switch over one register at a time so you can keep helping customers, you are supposed to be 24 hours and people are relying on you! ridiculous! i didn't realize the employees here could control their hours and closures because they wanted a 30 minutes break! read more

As far as gas stations/convenience stores go, this is a great place to stop. Easy access from 1-10 freeway heading in and out of Phoenix. Friendly employees, lots of snacks and drinks to choose from. Good beer prices too. Great quality gas. read more

Living in Tucson, this is the gas station I always stop at before returning home when I'm in the Phoenix area. Usually, it's just to grab a snack, something to drink, and a little gas. I like it's location as one of the last places to stop before leaving the Phoenix area if you are traveling Eastbound on I-10. It is very close to the on and off ramp. Bathrooms aren't that large or spectacular. read more

This morning I stopped in to get 2 packs of Camels with a $1.50 off coupon, and they wouldn't take it. They said the pricing was already low because they are on a reservation. Cashier seemed grumpy, and not only that, when I got back on the road, she had charged me for 3 packs of cigarettes, when I only bought 2 and received 2. Double whammy. No coupon, and over charged. Extremely rude staff, Soyla wouldn't break a $100 bill at one in the afternoon and when I asked for a manager she claimed to be the manager. So I asked the gentleman working with her if that was true and he quickly responded no. After asking for a REAL manager they said he's not in. I called back the next day and they refused to let us speak to a manager! Bonnie refused to take call back number to have the actual manager get in touch with me. Had to stop at this gas station. Price is higher than must stations. By the end of the week, I had 100 miles less per tank that from I'm used to getting from other fill ups. Most likely won't be fillin' up here again. read more
