But when I went up to this guy, his name is Ricky, he talked so rude to me, when I was in the middle of asking a question or answering his question he would cut me off and answer for me as if I was bothering him and how dare I. I even told him I had never been to this location or filled up like this before and he still continued to talk extremely rude to me. One of the questions was "Do I pay first then fill up, or fill up first" (keep in mind I have heard of plenty of gas stations doing this around the country as I travel often) and his response was a very ignorant "No you can't fuel up first you have to pay first" as if I was the stupidest person for asking how they do it here. Then when he asked if I wanted the receipt now (before fueling) I asked if it was ok if I fill up fir-***interruption*** and he said "Ok so you want it after - you're all set. Overall what was suppose to be a simple stop to fill up my car, turned into Ricky-Dicky being rude and having no customer service whatsoever.

No surprises, which is exactly what you want. Getting out can be a little annoying depending on how crowded it is. It's not chaos, just a bit tight and awkward when everyone's trying to leave at the same time. Four stars because it does its job really well, you just have to be willing to deal with the crowd.
