They truly cater to what you want out of the experience. The hospitality was out of this world! The family and all that work there are so warming and knowledgeable. Despite expressing these genuine concerns, the explanations provided felt very dismissive, and I was left with the impression that my observations about my pet's condition was not taken seriously. Adding to my disappointment was the unexpected bill for urgent care I received. I had asked for the soonest appointment availability, and after being told a same day slot had opened up after somebody had canceled their appointment, I proceeded with bringing my pet in. To my surprise, I was later charged with an urgent care fee, which was never discussed or agreed upon prior to the visit. This unexpected charge felt unfair, especially given the circumstances of how the appointment came to be. While I understand that veterinary practices can be busy, the lack of empathy and communication has led me to reconsider my choice of veterinary care. Unfortunately, I cannot confidently recommend their services to others.
