I was looking for a lovely flower arrangement for our church on Sunday in remembrance of my mother. We lost her way too soon and this would have been her birthday. I was so disappointed when I arrived to pick it up. It was much shorter than pictured and not much yellow. The gal that helped me was nice enough and tried adding a couple other items to add some height, but just not what I'd ordered or expected. I had heard such great things about this place. I should have turned and walked out when I placed my order. The store was dark and depressing inside. No lovely flower displayes. No catalog to choose an arrangement from. I finally had to look online to show the gal what I wanted. After comizerating over it, I finally ended up going to Safeway and picked up 2 lovely bouquets (less than $30). I removed the brown roses and added everything from the 2 bouquets. It was now something I won't be embraced to display in honor of my mother. read more

What caught my eye was the beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price. And Charla is just an absolute lovely person. I live in Washington away from my family. With the world conditions, I don't even have the option to go see them. We had a death in the family, and I felt a little helpless. On Thursday, I was so happy to receive the large, beautiful arrangement of flowers for my birthday. By Saturday they were wilted and rotting even though I had followed the care instructions. Needless to say, I was not happy. I know my family spent a lot of money on the arrangement and excepted me to get more than 3 days of pleasure from it. I has been 2 months since I called and texted Wild Poppy several times and have not receive any acknowledgement - no apologies, no excuse, no how can we fix this - nothing. If they had, I would probably would have let them off but since they were so rude, I am posting this negative review. That is no way to treat your customers or run a business. Beautiful flowers and great customer service! Here's our story: We were sent a flower arrangement through Wild Poppy, which unfortunately was left at our house while we were out of town. We notified them of the mixup and the fact that the flowers were damaged from sitting outside. They couldn't have been nicer or more responsive! They sincerely apologized for what happened, and then immediately sent a beautiful replacement arrangement. They also followed up with an email to be certain everything was okay. In my experience, businesses make mistakes all the time. Dead in one week.Sorry to say that two bouquets that came from the wild puppy we're already bloomed out which means all the flowers have opened except for the lilies and that the stems are very short on all the flowers especially the roses so you cannot trim them or keep the water clean and trim them every other day. The Mother's Day bouquet I received was dead in one week. I Can also tell when the Rose has petals torn off because the rose was in bad shape and then put in the arrangement. This is not acceptable from any florist. Especially not twice. No one wants to watch flowers die in a week that's why Florists get a bad name read more
