I'd keep looking for florists and not waste your time here. I spent $185 to have flowers delivered and merely asked if i could get a picture sent to me of what was sent as I had about 10 other people that contributed. I was told they don't normally do that, as they don't have time. She seemed to have plenty of time to charge my credit card for $185. Sadly this little ma pa shop has forgotten about service. I'm wondering how anyone small business doesn't have a few minutes to snap a photo and text it to their customer. I order flowers to go all over the USA and have never been told this, even in LA where I live. Funny that Ben, Oregon is that busy, or rather could care less about customer service. Definitely don't shop here! Especially when there are SO many other small businesses willing to help. read more

Their prices are very reasonable if you are on a budget and you can also create a gorgeous expensive bouquet so they have it all! I've had the worst service from this business that I've ever had! I was charged for a service I did not authorize and overcharged for an arrangement that I was not to my specifications. I wanted an arrangement to be done on a wooden tray that I brought in that was to go under a TV. There was only a 4" clearance and the arrangement didn't fit. They knew this in advance and clearly too large. The owner and employee were verbally abusive and were not interested in customer satisfaction... only getting paid. read more

This place is amazing!!! I needed last minute flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and was having difficulties because I'm located in California. I called them at 10pm and left a message, got a call back before they were even open and they were happy to help! They made a beautiful bouquet with a handwritten card (major bonus) and were able to deliver SAME DAY regardless that it was a Saturday and was the busiest time of year for florists. The women in here are always so sweet and helpful. A couple years ago my fiancé and I eloped. It happened to be over the eclipse weekend and almost everything was closed. I found a florist in Sunriver to make one bouquet and two flower crowns for me. Wildflowers was my florist for my wedding and I LOVED them. I could NOT be happier with how it turned out. I worked with Barne and she put a lot of time into sitting down with me to understand what vibe I was going for and what my budget was. I really appreciated that she took the time to listen to what I wanted rather than impose her own vision (especially since I was going for modern and bold and not the traditional wildflower whispy vibe). Her communication was EXCELLENT and she was extremely pleasant every time we talked which I appreciated since I was from out of town. I sent her pics of what I liked and I REALLY felt like she understood. She also seems to enjoy what she does and it was nice to feel like she cared a lot. She has a great energy. The wedding day went SEAMLESSLY and everything was PERFECT. I did everything in orchids and the flowers were very high quality. Everything came out on budget as discussed.
