Unprofessional, Rude, Liars, Deceitful, Small arrangements when paid for the largest one $150, The owner and delivery woman act like 5 year olds who can't have an adult conversation. There are so many flower shops in Bend seriously, go somewhere else. These people are awful and dishonest. The delivery woman was disgusting and lied to the owner to save her ass instead of being an upstanding human. She screamed at me then hung up on me then blamed me for her not knowing how to get around Bend. They are insensitive when you send sympathy flowers and do not care about their customers at all. I wanted something bright and beautiful, so for $90, Ana said she would do everything I was looking for when they were delivered. I thought I was being punked! PROS: Flowers were pretty, healthy, and arrived on time. CONS: The real floral arrangements do NOT match the pictures on the website. I purchased a premium arrangement ($20 more than standard), and it looked smaller than the standard size in person. I'll post a picture in the photos section to give you a visual. The owner got really defensive and blamed Teleflora (the company who supplies the pictures for HER website). I recommended, to give customers an honest representation of what to expect, that she take pictures of her own work rather than showing the pictures taken by Teleflora. The bow was even different. The picture shows a bow that appears to be solid/satin, whereas the one that was delivered was translucent. I spent a long time picking out the perfect floral arrangement, but I was deceived. read more

Many people don't use their actual names on here and she's claiming the poor reviews are fake. Not good and needs to take accountability not shift blame. Instead you should apologize not doubt your customers experience with you. I didn't see her comment against the poor review when I ordered last Mother's Day but if I did i wouldn't have bought from her for that alone it's poor business to treat any customer like she does on the phone and online. I had Anas deliver a flower arrangement for my daughter at her school for her birthday. I called and ordered over the phone. When my daughter came home with the arrangement I was quite disappointed in what she had received. The flowers were mediocre especially for the amount that I paid for it. I could've gotten the same amount of flowers from Albertson's for a fifth of the cost. When you look at their online ordering examples of what arrangements they have at that price point are much larger and more extravagant. I tried to contact Anas online and they told me that I would need to call them directly but didn't seem to care that I was upset or unhappy. I paid $60 for this arrangement read more

My daughter and I met with Ana today to arrange flowers for her September, in-the-middle-of-a-pandemic wedding. Ana was absolutely wonderful. She asked a lot of questions - always good since my daughter didn't really know what she wanted -and came up with wonderful ideas that worked within my daughter's budget. She also listened very carefully, another reason she came up with great ideas. We both left feeling like we'd had a great experience, were confident in the choice of florists, and certain once all the decisions are made, the flowers will be perfect, however many people are able to attend. read more

We had a death in the family. I needed to send flowers to a relative, but there were obstacles to delivery. Attempts to contact the grieving family would cause a disturbance during a troubling time, and it would be best to simply have flowers appear so they could know they had our support. Ana's continued to make delivery attempts for THREE DAYS, and I got a call on the third day that they had finally been successful. They didn't have to do that. They went above and beyond. I would give six stars if I could! I actually started with one of those nationwide flower ordering services, and I ended up being upset and frustrated. Sadly have received 2 arrangements this year from here and both were basically grocery store flowers in a cheap vase. The 2 dozen red roses for valentines day from a really sweet guy were especially disappointing. Both ordered through services from outside the area. There are better shops in Bend, make sure if you order from a service they use someone else to fulfill. read more

I've never been in the shop as I don't live in Oregon, but use it every time I want to send flowers to my kids in Bend. My kids send me photos and they have always been beautiful. I have looked at other shops, but one wanted extra to send to certain zip codes. The locations were fairly close, so unsure why that would be. I keep going back to this florist. read more

Just received an arrangement, and plan to return it. None of the flowers work together, and it looks like they just used up whatever was lying around in the shop. Stay away from here. I've never experienced such terrible and rude customer service by the owner herself. I ordered very expensive flowers for my sick mom and what showed up was nothing like what I ordered online. I ordered an arrangement with roses and lavender since these are my moms favorite and when they arrived there was no lavender, flowers smelt bad and some of the stems were broken and bending over. I sent an email explaining the situation and the owner told me to not be rude, and to never contact her again. I just wanted to get what I paid for, acknowledge the mistake and treated with some respect. I will not ever go back here. read more

OMG! Talk about horrific customer service! My Mother and Father ordered us a gift from this shop and after receiving it I sent my Mom a photo. It was not anything like she had ordered. The company she ordered it from immediately called another florist to send a new arrangement. Would you believe these idiot's at Rose and Thorn made the driver come back and pick up their pathetic arrangement on our Anniversary? Even the delivery girl was embarrassed!
