The small changes he's implementing are noticeable, and it's clear he has a strong vision that aligns perfectly with the brewers and the direction of the space. Today, we experienced that same poor, delayed service firsthand. The male server gave us the "Gen Z stare" the entire time, walking away after taking drink orders instead of sticking around to take our food orders--even though the restaurant was not busy. Because of this slow and dismissive treatment, we ended up leaving without ordering food. Meanwhile, it was impossible to ignore the attentive, superior service the male patrons were receiving. It's no wonder this place has become a boys' club. Sadly, after today, we will not be returning.
