We actually picked out our engagement rings in 2020 during the covid lockdown so we did all our communication and shopping through email and phone. I decided to get a custom Montana sapphire and Kate sourced 10 stones for me to choose from. She was so patient with me after I saw 5 stones and asked for another round of 5 to be sure I wanted the stone from the first round. After receiving our engagement rings they took mine back 3 times--free of charge (!)--and tweaked a few details I wanted changed since I wasn't able to try it on or look at it before receiving it because of the pandemic. He and I get SO MANY compliments on our rings and I love telling people who made them. A year later we came back for our wedding rings and the service was just as exceptional as before.
