This was one of the first stores I walked into when coming to North Bay over three years ago. Over the years I've been collecting beautiful pieces that call out to me and now have a nice collection of stones and crystals that give me an abundance of energy. I went in one day and saw this purple opal from Lightening Ridge in Australia. The setting is a combo of three gold prongs and a silver ring. It was absolutely stunning and summoned me when I had first seen it. I couldn't take my eyes off it and kept staring at it's magnitude of beauty. Three weeks later before the Kincade fires, I went in and asked to purchase the ring. I told myself if it was meant to be it would still be there. They told me it was just bought by someone who had just come in. My heart dropped. I guess it wasn't meant to be. I tried looking at other gorgeous rings and nothing called out to me. All sad and bummed out, went bout my day. That night my husband took me to dinner and at the very end of our night surprised me with a tiny gift box. Well you can guess what it was. So happy it all worked out. It was meant for me :) This ring is so special to me. I couldn't be more happier considering I had so many mixed emotions in one day. Absolutely love! read more

I recently entered Sage Stone for the first time since The Uncarved Block. Dont forget to check in on Yelp and get 10% off. This new rock shop on the main drag of Sebastopol has some amazing and fine specimens. They beauty of her rocks is truly unreal. The uniqueness is rare but it does come with an expensive price tag. I unfortunately did not but anything because most of the mineral are very very large. Not many items that are smaller to travel home with. A great place to look around and window shop if you are touring downtown Sebastopol. read more

The quality and beauty of the artifacts in this shop is beyond compare. I can only dream about owning the vast majority of the beautiful and rare contents but every so often I find something gorgeous that I can 1) afford and 2) can't live without. It's a shop like no other with beautiful natural treasures that come from all over the world. The owner, if the very kind woman who allowed me and my out of town friend to come in as she was closing and look around, and did not even give off the slightest sign of impatience, even as she waited to be able to go home, is the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and quite enjoyable to talk with. I believe she makes some, if not all, of the exquisite jewelry in the glass cases along the wall. I told her I would gladly babysit the store in the evenings and keep everything safe for her but had no such luck. It's magical in there. This store has A large variety of pricy big stones that will have you drooling and wishing you were able to have them all. I came here a few months ago and considered getting the shungite mugs but passed on them. She said they were from Europe and were great quality for the price but I figured to just buy a few smaller pieces and put them in my water bottle. So this place is in a popular location in town there was no shortage of customers when my partner and I went on a Sunday afternoon. I liked the stores organization, the owner was very kind and helpful as we asked questions and discussed gems. I ended up getting a piece of vandanite as I planned to do some sacral chakra work. I paid I think $11 for the beautiful piece and I couldn't be happier. I think our overall total coming out of there was just over $100. Things begin to add up quickly. There were pieces in there costing 10's of thousands of dollars. I was blown away to see so many ancient pieces and fossils from millions of years ago. I would recommend this shop because the owner knows her stuff and is knowledgeable of everything we inquired about even if she was out of stock on it. read more

The moment I walked in this store I was buzzing from the intensity of their displayed crystals and other merchandise. And, I was amazed that Sebastopol has a store of this caliber! Upon entering I received a friendly greeting from a knowledgable saleswoman who allowed me to roam the store at my leisure, and also was very helpful in choosing just the right items. Their prices appeared very reasonable, and I found that the selection of available smaller (and less expensive) items more than adequate. This is an establishment that I most certainly will be revisiting! On a side note, I almost skipped over this store after my initial "Yelp" as the word "Crystal" did not show in the top description, and I didn't take the time to glance at the photos or read the reviews. read more

WOW, is all I can say. I was completely in awe of the huge crystals here. Very friendly too. Worth it to go just to gawk in amazement. I would love to invest in some of the larger specimens, but they have many smaller ones too. I picked myself up a nifty viking sun stone, and I could be more pleased. read more
