The selection was really nice and they made great use of their space! I noticed some empty rooms in the back and when I inquired I was told that they are expanding to add a salon which I thought was a pretty cool concept. Over all it was a little pricey but it is a curated selection and it is in downtown Petaluma so I'm sure a large portion of that is due to overhead. No stars deducted for price because prices seemed to be on par with other stores that carry similar stuff. Over all I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for vintage clothing!

The store is crammed wall-to-wall with so much merchandise that browsing feels more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Instead of a curated thrift store, it feels like a cluttered warehouse where everything has been squeezed in without regard for the customer experience. The prices are completely disconnected from reality. For a store that markets itself as a thrift shop, many items are priced as if they're high-end boutique pieces. The value simply isn't there. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and uninviting. The staff appeared exhausted and unhappy, and the outdated music only added to the overall sense that the store is stuck in the past. Carts are left everywhere are they're probably too understaffed to gather them. Drop off for donated goods is convenient behind the store. They accept limited amounts at a time.

There were four workers there today, one at the register, three straightening merchandise. No one had a key to unlock the fitting rooms. One worker suggested standing in front of the one mirror and trying on clothes over your own clothes. If you buy clothing and it doesn't fit, it is NOT returnable. Women's tops and old t-shirts are $7....not cheap. In fact, everything in there is way overpriced.

It's obvious the owner takes a lot of care in choosing what items to sell. I love the styles and vibes and I can't wait to come back, this was a completely unique experience.
