The service is normally very good, but tonight no so good. We got here around 6:30 and didnt get our food till 8:00. Our food was cold and they messed up most of our order. But by then we were to hungry to complain. Lets just say it was not worth the wait, idk what was going on tonight but they where off there game very displeased :( read more

Terrible customer service from owner/mgt. Food takes too long and was literally told "NO" & that "the customer is not always right" when I asked to sub 4 ranch dressings ($3.00) for 1 extra wing sauce ($2.25). Funny how someone would rather not only lose $.75 but more importantly a regular customer. I only wish I could post the video of how the owner acted like a petulant little child towards us while explaining he could always ask us not to come back. (Don't worry we won't be) Someone needs to learn how to run a business. Just saying. Oh well, this is why there are options. Wingstop is better anyway!!!!! read more

Good food & good service. The price you pay for chicken wings is a little steep but they are done well. So far they are the best wings I have had in Big Spring in comparison to Dominos coming 2nd & Sonny's Wings & More not even close to coming in 3rd. I took my girls out for a daddy daughter date and we started out with a Monterrey Jack Queso & Chips (quite tasty!) I like the fact that they used blue corn & red corn chips instead of just regular corn tortilla chips. The girls ordered the following: chicken tenders 6pc with fries (the tenders seemed to be of the frozen variety from the food service provider), a very large chicken Cesar salad, and the kids wing basket. I had the wings with the Jamaican Jerk sauce 12ct for $14 and onion rings for $2.49! Total bill before tip came to $57.47. Like I said a little steep for chicken wings but they were crisp wings (Sonnys were not crisp at all) with a tasty sauce with celery and carrots and blue cheese on the side. The only suggestion I would have is to allow people to split the flavors like Wing Stop does without charge. If I remember correctly WWW charges for a different sauce, but not 100% positive. The fries were good, onion rings seemed to be of the frozen variety from the food service provider, same as the chicken strips. I would have preferred hand battered fresh onion rings. The waitress was really nice and friendly, I just wish she would have checked on us a little more. I had to flag her down to get a to go box, and a few minutes later when I was ready for the check I thought I was going to have to hunt her down but she saw us getting up from the table and getting ready to leave. I never visited the original location at the Kentwood Shopping Center but they did a great job of converting this NEW location at the OLD Dairy Queen into a nice little sports bar. By the way, did I mention that Wild West Wingz is a sports bar? They have about 9-10 large LED TV's around the entire dining area, most with different channels/games on. They have added a few seats outside and this will be nice when spring & fall come around but I didn't see any TV's outside. All in all Wild West Wingz is a welcome addition to the Big Spring area. They had quite a crowd on a Friday night and seemed to be taking care of business. I hope they tweak their menu to allow you to have different sauces without paying for it and maybe add some lighting outside in the parking lot because it was quite dim. This place is deceiving...outside it looks like a restaurant. Walk in you feel like it is a sports bar. There are so many flavors that it is hard to decide. I see some folks don't like the boneless wings. To me boneless wings are disgusting anywhere I go. Get the bone in and enjoy!!!! Came in early on a Friday evening before the rush. Took a while to get our drinks. Food came out shortly after we ordered which tasted great. Finished our drinks and waited 10 minutes before waitress ever noticed. When she finally asked us if we wanted another round, 10 more minutes went by and the waitress came to our table asking if we still wanted them since whomever did not bring them to our table. This is by far my favorite wing restaurant, they serve far more than just wings however, if you want great wings this is the spot to go to. Their Texas Cactus wings are amazing and definitely spend the extra 1 dollar to make them double fried. I am a fine dining Chef, this isn't the same atmosphere, but I personally know high quality food. Their wings are amazing and so many unique choices to choose from. It isn't just barbeque or buffalo or lemon pepper, they have those too! They also have wings for the more adventurous foodies. They have super spicy wings such as Carolina reaper sauce wings or even ghost pepper wings, double frying makes the wings a bit less spicy. However, I'm sure for you spice head peeps they wont change the spiciness too much. They also have flavors such as raspberry jalapeno or peach jalapeno or mango habanero! For me though I prefer a good balance of sweet and spicy. The one I had today was pretty amazing. I'm not sure if I'll be able to eat there again as it was my first time to West Texas helping my best friend move some stuff back to East Texas after he left his job in the oil field. He knew my desire to have great quality food and told me that this was the place to go. He was absolutely right. Excellent, locally owned restaurant! This family-owned & operated bar & grill exceeded all our expectations. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. There were several vegan options on the menu, along with 30 varieties of wings. We ordered the veggie burgers, which were among the best tasting I've ever had. The cole slaw was delicious, and the beer was cold. Despite the other reviews, the service was quick, and the place was busy. Will definitely stop here again! read more

Never never never never again. The food took over an hour to get to us with no where near a full restaurant only to receive cold precooked and then tossed in what ever sauce you picked food. The water tasted of dirt. The waitress if that's what you want to call her only came to our table twice and that was when I had to ask for her to. The beer was only kinda cold. Wings and fries were delicious!! They immediately became my #1 favorite wing place. So many interesting flavor profiles - not your average wing restaurant, although there are a few options perfect for traditionalists. They also have a bar serving basic cocktails and beers. Not a fan of Pepsi products so that's my only downside but their iced tea was decent. Dug in so fast and enjoyed dinner So much, that I forgot to take a picture to add with my post. You have options of regular, twice fried or extra crispy (not the same thing) and we tried two flavors prepared twice fried and extra crispy. The spicy garlic (twice fried) and the spicy rooster (extra crispy) were excellent and spicy for sure, but not overly so in my opinion; I like things as spicy as they can make it without covering up flavor and these folks nailed it. Because of the sauce, (neither were dry rub flavors) it was difficult to tell the difference in texture between the two to see if it really was extra crispy. When I go back (not if), I'll pick a dry rub flavor extra crispy and any sauced flavor, twice fried. read more

Food was amazing, service a bit slow. We went in for lunch the other day and only 10 people were dining. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. Music was great, waitresses attentive. We waited for our order for over a half hour, a little too long to wait for lunch. I ordered the Tex Mex Chicken Sandwich with fries and my husband ordered the club sandwich with onion rings. I had a to go order... Fish was very under cooked cold in the middle they got my order wrong, gave me boneless wings instead of bone in and those were over cooked and had barely any seasoning. This restaurant has really gone down. They are taking longer now and they dont even get orders right. I ordered 2 traditional 12 piece meals and a 6 piece meal. At the window they tell us 12 piece and when we get home they are all 6 pieces. I called 30 minutes before they closed too see if they would fix them and they stated we are closed. We were in the mood for wings and I came upon this restaurant on yelp and decided to give it a try since we were very hungry and it was already 3pm. The wings were okay, but not the best. We got there and it took a while for them to seat us and it wasn't even half full. After we sat they took our order they took more than 15 min to get our food. The wings were cold! The outside was just warm but the inside was cold. I think they probably make a bunch of wings and just add the sauce to what the person orders. We ordered fish as well and that was very hot. So im guessing that the whole time waiting was just for them to cook the fries and the fish but even the fries were just warm. We Won't be going back. read more

Ruined my whole day! Get off a 14 hr shift on the pipeline and am starving. Me and four friends sit down outside and order our dinners. We are enjoying ourselves and the weather. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and when the order comes out my food was forgotten! Everyone is enjoying their meals and I have to sit there like a charity case. They start to cook my burger and offer it free of cost. No thanks, you already RUINED my evening. Like I am gonna sit and eat while everyone's finished. Never going back. Do not recommend. Wild West Wingz has moved over to the "old Dairy Queen" building on Business 20 near 4th St. My family had occasionally eaten at the previous location more than once. Decent wings, fries, canned beer and beverages. The new location has beer taps, expanded beer selections, a larger menu and tons more room! I believe there are additional wing flavors that range from mellow to "make you sweat" hot, boneless or Bone-in, twice fried and more. They've added appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers. The service was great, the food was good (I'd like to see more seasoning on the burgers) and the place has really become more spacious! Prices are a little higher than you might find in the bigger cities, but the diversity and lack of corporate franchising makes it worthwhile! Not perfect, but better than the norm! read more

Are here today for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger and as I'm eating I notice a big chunk of what looks like paper or towel idk, cooked into the patty. When I bring it to the attention to one of the waitress she just looks at me. Don't apologize, don't offer to take it off my ticket, don't offer me anything in exchange of the burger nothing. She was just rude and when I ask the same waitress if the meal will be taken off my ticket, she gives me a dirty look as if I'm the one who cooked the dog on burger!! Plus my actual waitress was rude after I let the other waitress know about the meat . I will not be going back to that restaurant!! The customer service...trash and the fact that the cook can't see a towel in the meat while he's cooking it...definitely a no. Stopped by for a mid-afternoon sandwich before hitting the road. I was seated and ignored for so long I was getting my purse to leave since it seemed they didn't want my business. The waitress that seated me walked by a few times but finally another apologized for the miscommunication. My chicken wrap would have been great if the chicken had been freshly grilled. The onion rings were more of a tempura style and OK. Decent craft beer selection considering the area but why, why, aren't the wait staffs taught how to speak intelligently about beer? The brewer, name, and style! "It's not really a dark beer but kinda like one" just drops the IQ of the whole county. The place wasn't even half full but the phone orders and drive-thru window took priority over the customers in to eat, drink, and watch one of the numerous screens filled with sports. Sorry to say this kind of service seems to be common in this part of the country right now. Seems they have more business than they want. read more
