The Good: My wife ordered from a pick 4 items for $14.99 list which I found to be reasonably priced. The Nachos with Queso was really good actually! So were the Mozzarella Sticks. The basket of Spuds (french fries) were good... Pretty much what to be expected of fries, and the size of the pretzel was INSANE!!! I was impressed when they brought it to our table! The BAD: Unfortunately the first pretzel they brought to our table, about a 4th of it was hard as a rock! Completely inedible! When a chef sends out food that is inedible, that's a huge negative. It's one thing if someone doesn't like a flavor...that's subjective. But if I threw that pretzel at you, I could be charged with a felony! A 4th of it was THAT hard! It should have never made it out to our table. We did speak to someone and got a replacement with no issue, and the replacement pretzel was soft and tasted good, but when restaurants send out food they probably should have known not to send out (burned food, hard food) that's a huge negative. Now, the wings. It's called Wild Wing so you'd expect the wing game to be on point. Also, a friend of mine highly recommended it. I hate to say I was sadly disappointed. First, $13.49 for 12 wings is typical, I guess... But that just seemed expensive to me (especially considering that's without a side). A basket of fries on the side would have been $3.50. that's almost a $20 lunch!!! I'm not ballin' like that!!! However sometimes the food justifies the price. Not this time. Don't get me wrong, I liked the flavor of the wings I ordered (Red Dragon, which was a teriyaki flavor and Honey Lime Siracha - both flavors were great, actually), but the wings themselves were tough. After eating about 5 of them, I honestly told my wife my jaw was tired from chewing. They were just tough. The only way I can think to describe it is if the wings were old and reheated or sat under a warmer for a while and were overcooked. I'm not suggesting that either is the actual case, just trying to describe the conditions of the meat. They weren't burnt, and the flavor was great, but the texture of the wings were really tough. I only ate half of them. I honestly couldn't eat any more. I doubt I'd go back, but if I did, it wouldn't be for wings. They have other GREAT looking items on the menu. Some if their burgers looked really good! So maybe if try a burger there if I'm on that side of town, but I don't think I'd make an intentional trip there. ‍ I give it 2 out of 5 stars. I had hopes that this would be a good wing spot, but was left disappointed. The online order issue is described well by another reviewer (Aimee E. ) I had the exact same issue. After calling in my order I was told 20 minutes. By the time I got my food it had been at least 50 minutes since the order was placed. I understand that things can take a bit longer with the current issues, but I'd rather be told upfront how long the wait is. In my 30 minutes waiting I overheard several people ordering their food on the phone were told the same 20 minutes I was. I can only hope it actually was for them. As for the wings, we ordered a 25 pieces with hot, mango habanero, hot garlic, lemon pepper, and a ranch sauce. Honestly it was hard to tell which were which. A bunch of the family met here on a Saturday early evening. We decided to eat outside because of COVID and all, but I must say I regret it since we were all freezing by the end of dinner. Between all of us, we ordered, onion rings, cheese curds, a bacon cheeseburger with french fries, kids pizza with french fries, and wings (bone-in and original). Everything was delicious! The onion rings were fried perfectly and the sauce was yummy. The cheese curds were amazing. I would have liked to have been given more sauce, what they gave us was just a tiny bit. We also found it a bit funny that the ranch had a "dot" of sriracha and still called it a sriracha sauce. It was yummy though. My cheeseburger was made perfectly medium and absolutely delish! The fries were fried golden. My family was nice enough to share their wings since I didn't order any. What I had was soooo good! Let me start off by saying Wild Wing used to be our favorite wing place, and it kind of actually bums me out writing this. I don't have any particular comments about the service. Its a bar, and Wild Wing's service has always been average at best. We ordered 30 count bone-in wings, and I'll be damned if the size of these wings weren't the sorriest things I've ever seen. All of the chickens our wings came from were shoo-ins to be cast as Tiny Tim if they ever did a chicken version of 'A Christmas Carol'. Saying there's two bites of meat on these poor things is being generous at best. We asked our waitress and apparently they're aware that they're serving midget chicken wings for $1.00 a piece. Please just raise the prices and bring back normal sized wings. No one wants this. Honestly though, we'll just go to The Dirty Buffalo, and you should too. read more

Give this place a 4/5 rating. Went here to grab some food with a coworker, came in knowing that this place had good food and the wings that I had before were excellent. Reason why I'm giving this place a 4/5 were 3 seasons #1 - floors were not fully cleaned/ sticky #2 - our server started out very good with a up beat attitude and friends but when the night went on she start so slack a little bit. Asked for 2 waters at least 4 times and I'm guessing the 4th time was a charm! (Sarcasm) #3 - ordered Bone-in wings " of course I said it loud and clear" even my co worker heard me over the music, but received boneless wings, so I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins to get my wings. We can here on a double date because every one of us was CRAVING wings the week prior. We came on a Saturday night around 7pm. Since this place is called Wild Wing Cafe.. we obviously got the wings! There was about a 15 min wait so we initially sat at the bar to kill some time. We were quickly seated after getting our drinks. We all got SIXTY wings (with 10 different flavors) to share amongst the 4 of us and it was glorious. Some of the most memorable flavors were: atomic meltdown (their take on the traditional buffalo and had a really nice kick to it), wild west (ranch flavor- very good), flaming Parmesan, and the crazy daisy (sweet/sour- very good too). Although the wings were a bit on the smaller side, they packed soo much flavor into each wing. Our waitress was fine; she was strictly professional and got our orders and refilled her drinks. A smile would have been nice. lol. The ambiance was nice and wasn't overly loud for a Saturday night. The bathrooms were a bit unsightly but nothing that bothered me too much. Just wing it. So I wanted to watch the big game in my room and decided that wings were the best options. Now we have KFC, HOOTERS, and Buffalo Wild Wings at home. Wait what am I say, I know, you know because you read those reviews right? So 2W wins because they're close to the hotel and it's something new for me. Located at the corner of a mall, parking is easy and the place has plenty of indoor seating. But if course, they sell more than just wings here: burgers, tacos, salads, and even skewers. I decided to grab some onion rings and 30 bones. Don't judge me!!! I didn't eat lunch. Now chicken wings are chicken wings and the only things that makes them stand out is the coating. This place has 33 specialty sauces they make from scratch everyday. That's what the box says. Of course, their sign outside says 34. Let's agree to say over 30. I got five sauces total. Thai, honey mustard, and smoke. The other two my cashier decided. She picked BUBBAs because in her words "really, who doesn't like BBQ?", got me there and she also got me red dragon. When my food was ready for pickup. I didn't realize how big the bag was. Two small containers, one for the o-rings and another for the celery and carrots. The last one was a huge box sectioned off to separate the wings. What a genius. You don't mix any sauces and it's conveniently all in one place. Now I knew what the chickens were coated with but for someone new it might be helpful to mark the box. I didn't care I dug in. Favorite hands down was the Thai. And the least favorite was the BBQ!?!? Everything else was good. There's a far amount of meat on the wings and the sauces coated them well so I wasn't disappointed at all. Overall four stars. i wrote in a review to corporate about two weeks ago about an experience I had and no one has replied to me. I was trying to be nice about it but I guess going online is much needed. I overhead two servers speaking inappropriately about a table and how they don't like serving "their" kind because they are rude and never tip. yes, their kind being black the one server was training the other and they were talking by the drink area near the bathroom. me and my husband were sitting close to the bathrooms and could hear. we came back in to see if that server was still working there and she is. which means they either ignored my email or just let their servers say and do whatever. which makes sense, since they aren't nearly as busy when we come in. the food also hasn't been as consistent but my husband loves the flaming parmesan flavor so he insist we go. read more

First let me say today was a Sunday from heck according to staff while short staffed in front and back of the house our waiter was a champ. He was running around doing a million things and still made us feel attended to and welcome. I believe his name is Chris if not sorry my dude you deserve all the credit. I went here for the first time...I heard great things about this place, and decided to try it out ..since Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't do their wing Tuesdays anymore. This place is a lot bigger than I thought. From the outside it looked like it wouldn't be that big, but once my family and I came in it was pretty big. It was decorated nicely, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Since I haven't been here before my waitress thought it would be a great idea for us to try some of the sauces before we ordered our wings. Most of the sauces I tried were great. I tried way too many lol. I came here on a monday, but they have wing tuesdays. Once I got my wings..I was actually really impressed the size of these things. They were tasty and juicy and I got their wedge fries with nacho cheese...Yummmm...my son loved their corn dogs...and wasn't to keen on the mac and cheese. My husband loved it. Although, we had a great experience this time...my husband came on wing tuesday and was super disappointed. He sent me a picture of the wing tuesday wings...and they were TINY...might as well go on a regular day to get your wings, because on tuesdays...you are paying for what you get. I love chicken wings but my absolutely favorite is the lemon pepper served at Wild Wing Cafe. When we were in this area last year, our grandson took us to this place. He wanted us to compare with other wing places we had visited. He thought this was the best and it was! I used to really like Wild Wing Cafe. However, the quality of that place has just dropped like a rock. I know the pandemic was supposed to be a part of that, but other restaurants have recovered. Why hasnt WWC? I pretty much stopped going there because of the cost and quality. However, I was right there for lunch and decided, why not? I went in and ordered wings. Just looking at the wings, you can instantly see they were tiny and had no meat. You couldnt bite into these wings. If you tried, you would just get bone. The burger tasted pretty good after the server went back to get the missing "garlic garlic garlic" sauce. I was slightly hesitant because it has that chain restaurant vibe but seriously the wings are so good and I'm definitely coming back when I'm in the area again. They have a fantastic lunch special where you get 12 wings (2 flavors) and endless fries with a soup or salad. Don't waste time with the salad though because you can't make friends with salad. I've heard of this place for a while from friends. Then all of a sudden, my friends decided to treat my girlfriend and I to it after helping them with some house issues during the Snow Monster that ate Hampton Roads. Sadly, I just had wings two nights before but you know me, I'm always down for food! My lady and I split a Full order of wings. Went with three sauces, Ginger, General, and something spicy... I can't remember but it didn't melt my face. The sauces were good delicious and the chicken was pretty crispy. The issues I have is the amount of blood that's still in the chicken and the size. Sure, they're healthy non roided out birds but either they're too young or the blood hasn't been soaked from them. Other places I've been, I never came across this issue with the entire batch of wings. It came randomly and not often... But not with these baby birds. We had fries on the side and they were undercooked. I didn't say anything about it because I'm used to that from my childhood. There could be improvement with this operation... I've been here a couple times with family previously. I actually found them on Yelp. So far, nothing but good food, good service, and overall a good experience. I went with my sister this time. They have live performances on Friday and Saturday. We were delighted to find this out tonight (4/7) and enjoyed the music while sipping on a cocktail, which was VERY tasty. My sister had the Cherry Limeade, which was very yummy when I tried some. I had the Blood Orange tea (I thinks what it was called; I just remember it had something to do with a Blood orange lol) and that was just as tasty. We both ordered off the gluten free menu, which had a pretty good selection of food. We tried the Buffalo Chicken dip appetizer and it was GREAT. Spicy, but very tasty. Then, we both ordered the grilled shrimp skewers and we both agree that those were the highlight of the night! I had mine grilled in Ol' Smokey sauce (my fave!) and Garlic sauce, which matched the shrimp PERFECTLY. Soo good. I chose broccoli and fiesta rice for the sides and was delighted to find that both were well seasoned and overall delish! I've had the wings in the past, but I think from now on, I'm getting the shrimp skewers; they were that good. All in all, good food, good drinks, good atmosphere. When we arrived we sill had to wait a but but it was okay because they had a live band playing which help the time pass by. Everything smelled great and the boxes were still warm. We don't come here as much because of the location but every now and again we make it over and enjoy it every time! For a sports bar, it has a nice variety with fresh, great flavors! Wings are on point, delicious grilled to order burgers, and other common foods but done with their flare and that takes it up a notch! It has plenty of room and a cool vibe which we love. The price range is within range that all can enjoy with plenty of specials and a great happy hour. Knowing the owner and managers....remembering when it first opened, I couldn't be more proud of the many years of success. The wait to be seated was about 20 minutes but they take your number and send you a text message when your table is ready so we were able to sit in the car. Upon being text, we were seated as soon as we entered the restaurant and our server was very nice. The food was cooked to our individual liking and our server was very nice. First off the food was very good. Had the wings with 3 sauces and they were delivered hot and perfectly seasoned. So why the 1 star? Why won't I be back? Because the staff and management allows the bar area to run out of control. I expect a bar area on a Sunday to be a bit raucous but what I saw today was beyond the pale. There was a guy so obviously drunk that he couldn't talk right and was falling in and out of his chair. He was basically yelling and even admitted he was "midnight drunk at noon on Sunday". Did the bartenders step in? NO. Did the manager step in? NO. They continued to serve him. Again and again. Spoke to the bartender and was told he is a regular and that he gives them a headache. Another young lady was literally screaming the F bomb on every football play. Did the staff do anything? NO. There were kids at the bar....yeah. Did the staff ask her to tone down her language due to the kids? NO. It was a blind eye to any customer behavior and managers were no where to be found. I spoke to the manager on the way out and he said nothing. Just went back towards the kitchen. Again, a noisy bar on football Sunday...okay and expected. Drinks getting served to drunk people and erratic behavior....no thank you. Go for the wings. Perhaps go any day but Sunday. Sit at the bar at your own peril. You can have my seat. read more

Don't be disappointed when you see the size of the wings. They look smaller than your usual wing chain places but they NEVER miss on the sauces and flavors. I think every single flavor I've tried was amazing so just try everything out. If you like fries, definitely get the Frycuterie board - every single type of fries is there. read more

Worst service I have ever received. Did not even get a chance to order food after waiting 30 minutes at the bar. Finally go to order food and ask the woman bartender who gives complete attitude as if I am interrupting her and disrupting the flow of her other service. At that point, I said no thank you, feeling as if I was disrespected and left paying my bill with no tip for the 3 drinks- something that I have NEVER done and I eat out all the time living in this area. Too many other choices within a 5 mile radius to have a bartender give attitude to a paying customer. It's too bad as I heard the Wings were incredible . As a full time Uber and Lyft driver, I will be sure to not recommend this place to my passengers. Time was Sunday 3-24-19 7-8:15pm.
