Hail is the only oddities store I know of in the Metro Nashville area (if you know another, let me…read moreknow). And there is a lot of odd stuff in here. A mixture of occult, medical equipment and goth types of goods, with a touch of taxidermy. The star of the show, to me, is the taxidermy room. Not something I would purchase, but fun to look at. The first time I came, there was a racoon they called rocket that looked like he was flipping people off with both hands (Guardians of the Galaxy?). This time, we opted to go into the museum as a two-4-one ($5/person normally) - a benefit of conversing with people? Back here are some items that they can't sell due to regulations, as well as some oddities they would not want to part with. There is also a collection from Jason Marsden, including his death mask and a few items from the movie Mars Attacks. I find myself drawn to this store each time I am over here. While some of the collection is fairly static, there is always something new and weird to find.

Love the ambiance! Such a beautifully creepy shop with a oddity "museum" (really just one small…read moreroom) in the back. The room of taxidermied animals is really cool. There's all kinds of items for sale that will make your witchy, black, gothic, horror loving dead heart skip a beat. I can't wait to go back!
