We have tried eating at Wild Wok three times... We ordered broccoli with garlic sauce. Our only request was to please cook the broccoli well done or fork tender. On each occasion the broccoli has been served luke warm and as hard as you might expect in an uncooked vegetable tray. We won't be back, three chances are more than reasonable opportunity to follow a simple request. Wild Wok takes rank among culinary disappointments. read more

We usually like this place. Last night was awful. I haven't have had poor service AND poor quality food at the same time for so long. It still shocks me when experienced. The food was mediocre and expensive. What floored me was we were seated and given our appetizer within 15 mins. 1 hour and 20 mins later I had to ask why are we being kept waiting when people who came in after us, have eaten and left? The arrogant sever said because we ordered sushi rolls and they had a lot if take out orders to fill first. On top of that, nothing was discounted, and my unsweet tea kept be filled with sweet tea. My boyfriend and I went here for lunch 10/27. When we got our drinks his cup had rice on the side of it. He had also ordered teriyaki beef on a stick there was lettuce placed under it and the lettuce was brown. Once he tried to eat the teriyaki it was so raw he couldn't. He then cut it with a knife and a fork it was so red it was uncooked. Overall poor service. read more

Went in 30mins b4 close, we were greeted with smiles and sat down near sushi chef, we let him pick for us and i cannot say enough good things! He serves us a side kinda like pickled salad and even though the crab in it was fake it was so good i didn't care lol. hot saki was good too! The only things we kinda didn't like was the fact that they were vacuuming while we were eating. Now i know what your thinking they just wanted to go home, and i totally understand that but it was pretty loud and kinda makes you feel like you need to rush and go home. It's an ok place to grab some food. Nothing I'm in love with, or excited about. I think we just do it because it's close to home.

Their "Homemade Mustard" is very tasty! If I do not order their sushi, I usually order their General Tso's Chicken or their Mongolian Beef with brown rice. I really appreciate that they give the option of brown rice! Their wonton soup or fried cheese wontons are good choices for appetizers. I prefer their veggie spring rolls over their egg rolls, but both are tasty. Always have had good service. Friendly staff. Their lunch specials are an especially good deal! read more

They have Half off sushi every night from 3 to 6:30. You can't beat the prices and it's a fun way to try new types of sushi. Also, the egg drop soup is great. It's a fun date night spot that won't break the bank. read more

My family ordered dinner from this restaurant for takeout. We spent over $75 on food. We brought it home. Two meals were ok. The other meals had almost no flavor. My chicken and cashews was not good. It seemed the chicken was old and over cooked. I called the restaurant right away and told them. It seemed I had to go around and around with the lady that answered the phone. I just want to return my meal. I asked what time the store closed so we wouldn't have any interruption. I stopped by the store on my way home to my brothers house from my mothers.(I was visiting from out of state.) I called from the car because it was pouring down rain. And I let them know I had spoke to somebody earlier about returning this meal. I had to go around and around With the lady that answered the phone. She then asked me if I could hold off a lot of clanking went on .....a bit of time passed I have a gentleman got on the phone. I went round and round with him about returning one meal it probably was about $11. I asked him if he would not return my money I would have to go through the credit card company which would cost more. He told me I could call the credit card company or the police. I called the police to help assist me and there's nothing they can really do. So I hope something can be done about this. This is terrible customer service as I am a small business woman myself. If I handled a business Complaint or concern like this I would not be in business. read more

My husband and I went here for our first date and we try to go whenever we're in the area however the last 2 times we have gotten food here it has been terrible. Today and a few weeks ago ... If you get lunch it seems like what you're eating is reheated in their kitchen from last night's leftovers. It's horrible. The orange peel chicken is bland and has no taste to it. It's like a TV dinner - the chicken is squishy...ick. And the crispy cheese wontons looked and smelled funny this time. Great price and very generous portions. We went for dinner and the place was quite packed. The waiter was friendly and even warned us if a dish would be sweet or spicy so we knew what to expect before we ordered. My only complaint would be the sushi. The eel inside was fried and very dry. I am normally not one to write reviews. I understand how restaurants work and manage multiple of them. We were also a larger table of 8 adults and 3 kids. This is more of a review of the waitress Maggie and poor handling of our table. So first I tried talking to the waitress, Maggie. That went nowhere. We then asked for the manager who after 30 min still hadn't come to our table. I believe they said it was Mrs. Lee managing but again not sure since the Manager never came from the back to our table. Maggie was very pushy and kept rushing us to order even though she only had 1 other table and we were still waiting on one person to join us. We went ahead and ordered sushi while waiting on the other person to arrive. I ordered a Ron roll which is a very simple roll and didn't receive it with all the rest. I asked again and she said she would be right back with it. 3 more times I asked her over the next hour and still when paying I was charged for Ron roll I never received. I also ordered the Peking Duck. When it arrived it was the house duck. I explained to the waitress this was the house duck not the Peking Duck and she proceeded to argue that it was the Peking duck so I opened the menu and read her the description of both. She then realized I was right and went to the chef who sent the house duck back out with Peking veggies in a bowl on the side. I ate it due to not wanting to waste it but it was not good and was not at all what I ordered. Now I have wrote positive reviews for Wild Wok before as I would dine here once a month. But after this experience it will be hard to earn our business back with a waitress like that. read more
