These guys were fast and efficient with packing our items into a storage box. I was nervous with the amount of things I had in my apartment thinking it would not fit but they knew how to condense, stack, and pack. They were well trained and if I'm not mistaken they did it in less than 2 hours. Also saw them using most of their moving blankets to secure everything in the storage box. They blew my mind on how fast they did it even with the stairs in my apartment. Wish I got their names to shout them out. I recommend this moving company! read more

I requested that Wildcat send 3 guys to unload a couple of PODS and a truck. They arrived on time and were pleasant and easy to work with. They worked steadily and unloaded everything in good time. The guys were cheerful and courteous and were very careful and did not damage anything. read more

We hired WILDCAT MOVING AND LABOR to load our belongings into a Uhaul truck. We then unloaded it ourselves at our new place. Positive: the guys showed up on time and were efficient packing the truck. Cordial and polite. Francisco is a nice guy. Negative: When we started to unload the dining room table we discovered scratches running the length of the side of the table and a large broken area of wood that was barely hanging on. This is a brand new table we bought and STORED at our apartment (never used) and it had never been moved until Wildcat Moving and Labor loaded it into a Uhaul truck. We provided furniture protection blankets and they still managed to break it. When I contacted David about filing a claim, he said he was talking to the owner about it and would get back to me. This was a Sunday. I didn't hear anything by Tuesday so I sent a text to David again asking for a follow-up. He replied with "Didn't you read the above text?". Kind of short and rude, right? Great customer service . I had not received that text, so he sent me a screenshot, which you can see in the pictures. Essentially, the owner, Joshua Falzone said that I had no proof they did it and I should have bought insurance. I attempted to contact Joshua and it went to voicemail, which was FULL so I couldn't leave a message. I started a dispute on MovingHelp and again, Joshua refused to accept his employees' mistake. Once again, stating I don't have substantial proof it was his company's fault. He insinuated that I was being dishonest by telling me I had no proof. I'm an honest person. If it was my fault, I wouldn't be writing this review because I would have no reason to contact him. Joshua knows I have no recourse in this situation and all he has to do is refuse to own up to his company's mistakes. He's right, it's too expensive for me seek legal help. But, he's ethically and morally wrong and it's his conscience that suffers. If you use these guys, do yourself a favor and buy the insurance. The Wildcat guys were awesome! When U-Haul cancelled my reservation for my move on the same day, the guys at Wildcat were understanding and willing/able to work around my plan shift. After my fiasco and I finally got a truck, David and Martin from Wildcat came out and loaded my whole house in under 3 hours. They crushed it. We made it 3 states away with only 1 broken mirror... Hired this company to help unload our moving truck despite some mixed reviews and while the guys were on time one of them seemed thoroughly annoyed that we needed their help moving the furniture upstairs even though that was communicated prior to the day of unload! We were told we needed to stand out there to tell them where to put things- which is fine however we felt the need to help or it would've taken a lot longer than the 3 hours reserved. Every time the one guy was told it went upstairs he would sigh and make a face. We ended up getting it done in 2 hours but I probably wouldn't choose this company for moving help again read more

The guys were very polite and efficient during the loading of my POD. The day was a bit crazy and they managed to work around a jumping, hyper Australian Shepard and three teenage girls. I was impressed at how neat and snug that furnishing went into the POD. I will be using them for the unload. read more

The 2 guys that were sent to move items from the truck into a storage unit were polite, punctual, and hardworking. Unfortunately communicating with them was extremely difficult due to the fact that BOTH of them were deaf. Items needed to be placed in a specific manner inside the storage unit to avoid damage to the furniture during storage and make everything fit. They got everything into the storage unit in less than an hour,...then I sent them on their way and spent another hour rearranging furniture on my own to avoid damage during storage. While that was difficult to do, it was the only option due to not being able to communicate effectively with the deaf movers. Seems like common sense that there needs to be at least one person present who can communicate effectively with the customer. Won't be using this company again and would definitely not recommend. read more

The people that run this "business" are not only RUDE, but they can't run a business the proper way. My 60 year old mother had moved furniture down here from Phoenix for me and had paid these fools prior to the day they were supposed to move my items. They are contracted with uhaul for business leads, which is a wrong move on their part due to the fact that they are lazy, hang up on you and rip you off, plus they LIE. I grew up in Tucson but lived on the west coast for a long time and these idiots definitely don't know how to run a business at all compared to how we do in SoCal. Don't bother wasting your time. If you can't do business the right way, then go work at McDonald's. read more

We recently moved from NW Tucson to Oro Valley, and I inquired with a few places to hire a couple guys to help load the truck. Amazingly, Wildcat was the only one to return my call, and I quickly hired them based on reviews I had read. I was a mover for several years out of high school, and could tell that Sean and Ernie had a plan and knew how to load a truck, not only for fitting it all in there, but how to do so without it all being sawdust on the unload. We moved a 3 bed house and shed about 10 miles in 5 hours flat including take down and reassembly of beds and a crib. No regrets, if you are looking, just pull the trigger on hiring these guys. STAY AWAY!!!! Booked through Uhaul. Called day before move and stated they were double booked pushing my move time out by 2 hours. The day of the move they called 2 hours before estimated arrival time and stated they were unable to complete my move. I am left looking for another moving service to complete this afternoon before my 5pm move out time. read more

While the movers were on time and quick, I realize now the issue with why they finished so fast. The truck was improperly packed and several items were damaged in the move. We provided blankets to wrap items as needed and much was left untouched by the movers. Now I have several items damaged or broken beyond repair, including gaming equipment, a jewelry case I've had for over a decade, and a steamer that was over $200. I am left feeling like I paid too much for what I got and will have to pay more than I did in the loading to replace these items. Very disappointed and would not recommend. read more

These guys are everything and more! I will recommend them every chance I get! It's so sad to see the negative reviews that were meant for a different company. Those people should remove their negative comments immediately after Wildcat Moving and Labor responds that they're commenting on the wrong company. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and all around poor experience. We hired them through hire4helper because of their good reviews. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level apartment. We had actually moved many of our belongings over the summer for my wife/son to be closer to family during COVID, so we had significantly less furniture/boxes. However, we did have a couple of larger, cumbersome items including an oversized sectional and a gel king bed that had to be packed in on a flat surface. All the movers estimated 2 hours with 2 movers for the move, which aligns with our previous moving experiences. After the movers arrived, we discussed how best to pack the truck for the mattress to lay flat and I suggested that we pack the truck three boxes high to start. However, the lead mover decided to pack the boxes two high. After packing most of the boxes, we went to move my mattress. The two movers were unable to do this, so I had to help. I would like to note here that while the mattress is heavy, all of our previous movers have managed to do this independently (again 2 movers) including up or down stairs at one of our prior residences. The mattress was placed on top of the boxes, but there was a problem. The boxes ended up taking up too much space for our couch to fit, so they had to be rearranged. This was at the 1.5-hour mark, so it was evident that the job was going to take more than 2 hours regardless of the need to rearrange the boxes. The job took from 1:45 pm to about 5:00pm and the boxes only took about 20 minutes to rearrange. Note, this was also with my help for the duration after moving the mattress. Before having to rearrange the boxes, the lead mover was frustrated and cussing. In his frustration, he ended up dropping my $600 night stand from the dolly off the top of the loading dock. I witnessed it fall as was walking back from my apartment. However, the mover did not mention anything about my nightstand, he just packed it in and continued to move stuff. I was disappointed the mover wasn't going to tell me what happened or apologize. I was also surprised that the job took much longer than the 2 hours estimated for our size home. I understand this can happen, but I have never had a similar experience and was genuinely surprised as much of our belongings had already been moved (estimating at least a third). After the truck was full, I discussed with the lead mover that I had witnessed him drop my nightstand and he proceeded to tell me that he would pay me the value of the nightstand. During this discussion, he implied that he would rather be out the money than have a bad review. This does make me question the validity of their reviews, which is what we based our decision to hire them on. While he spoke to my wife, he also proceeded to blame me for all of the delays with the move. With our past moving experiences, I've never felt that I needed to step in. I stood back and the movers packed or unpacked the truck beautifully. In fact, I've never had a bad experience with movers before today. I've also never had furniture so significantly damaged in the process. I understand things happen and furniture can shift, so we expect that some degree of damage might occur. However, this was a nightstand dropped out of a truck and then the mover hoping I didn't see what had happened. It felt dishonest. I ended up calling the lead mover again the next day to follow up and he confirmed that he would reimburse me for the damages. Since then I have not had any communication returned or received any compensation despite attempts to contact his boss Joshua Falzone. Overall, this is the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have had several in state and cross country moves over the last 12 years. They could have just been having a bad day, but based on our experience, I would never recommend them and would suggest that you are diligent about documenting everything so that you don't end up in a similar situation. read more

Booked move. Had questions. Tried by both phone and email to get answers and got no reply. Finally got a reply from Adele with a contact phone number. When I tried to call the voice mailbox was full and couldn't accept messages. If I can't rely on communication I certainly can't rely on getting the job done so I cancelled and went elsewhere. read more

Unreliable, use a different company. 1. Took 6 phone calls to get a hold of them. 2. I set up an appointment with them a month in advance and got email confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, not only did they not show up, but they had the nerve to try to come up with the excuse that they thought we were scheduled a month later on the wrong date. Apparently a guy by the name of Arthur made this error and as you will read later failed miserably to handle the situation. 3. Wasted an hour of my time just to give some weak apology that they couldn't honor our arrangement (in writing) and screwed us because no other moving company was available for that day. I was on a strict timeline as i had other unloading services waiting at my destination and I ended up having to do all of the work THEY were hired to do (I have a bad back ergo why i even bothered to hire help). 4. If this was a professional company, they would have found a way to follow through on their word as a company and fix THEIR mistake. Please do not use this service as they are unreliable and unprofessional. Literally any company would do a better job. read more

My mother hired Wildcat Movers. They showed up on time but that's where the only professional part stops. They said they would start slow to insure a safe and secure move. Slow is an understatement, one of the guys was on his phone most of the time, texting i think. I came to find out later this is the owner. The other guy seemed to be a little more motivated. We had a 20ft moving truck and two personal pickup trucks, my family loaded and unloaded the two personal truck twice in the time it took the movers to halfway "carefully" load the uhaul. Finally when the truck was loaded poorly, they said they were going to take a break and then come unload it. By the time they arrived to unload, my family had the truck 90% done. I know all of the family members saw the guy texting at least once. So if you do not care for efficient, motivated and professional movers hire at your own risk. read more

I too wish I read more reviews! If I could give zero stars that is exactly what they earned !!!!! I reserved them to arrive at noon to unload a truck of furniture at my daughter's home. No one showed.....called and was told they were almost finished with current job and would be right over.....no one showed.....called again and this time the one in charge got extremely rude when I said I was very dissatisfied with their 'time' issue. It was now 3pm and he said they would probably not be there until 5:30pm!!!!! When I pointed out that that was 5 hours late he said 'take it or leave it '. I'm in a difficult position as I have to drive back to Phoenix that day! When I told him that.....HE HUNG UP ON ME. This is exactly what you can expect from this company!
