    Love, always!!!!!

Alas, it has only taken three years of searching but I have finally found a nail salon that I can come back to!! Wildcat Nail Spa is a small salon run by Tony and his wife. It is located on Grant Rd. next to Upper Crust Pizza. Everyone that lives in Tucson learns to hate Grant, but they are worth making the driving down. Me and two friends have a bimonthly girls day where we go in for fills and pedis. Our schedules are super hectic and hard to accommodate but Tony and his wife always make time for us when we shoot them a text. We have come in close to closing time and even on the days that they are closed. They don't hesitate to help as long as we give them a heads up! We've been back four or five times now and have never left Wildcat disappointed. Tony and his wife always do such a great job! They make us so feel comfortable when they pamper us... We have never been hurried or rushed. And such quality service at such a great value! Their prices are lower than any others that I have seen in Tucson. My boyfriend actually likes coming here for pedis with me and he doesn't complain like he usually does. I am so glad we found a place we can trust and come back to. They even offer a student discount- don't forget to ask about it!

I usually don't write reviews on the same day as my visits, but I had such a wonderful experience here and i just have to give this spot some PR! This spot is run by Tony and his wife, plus one or two extra workers if the shop is busy. Because of our test schedule, my friends and I were only able to do Monday afternoon (which is the day they are closed) BUT I gave Tony a call and he squeezed in our mani/pedis. YASHHH! Parking: a little tight lot shared with other businesses, there's a small street behind the shop and you might be able to park there too. Pricing: pretty affordable! I posted a picture of their pricing. We're still students and we definitely needed a spot that fits our budget. Service: one of the best nails experiences I've had! They were offering us water/ soda/ coffee through out. I speak Vietnamese, so I usually watch out for nails salons who trash talk their customers. Tony and his wife pride themselves to be completely polite and courteous to their customers! -mani: we all got gel and the coat seems pretty thick and well done. -pedi: okay the truth is that, today was my first pedi. Toni shaved off 25 years worth of calluses. But hey, my toes look sexier than ever. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot! Call ahead to make sure they save a spot for you! And go ahead, pamper yo'self girls and guys :)

Currently finishing up my pedicure and I think it's one of the most relaxed experiences I've had in a long time. They took their time, didn't rush me, she also was gentle when I told her I was ticklish (which no one EVER is!) the massage chairs are some of the best I've experienced and so was the actual massage during my pedicure. I had a great experience. I've been looking for a place close to my house that does a great job and I think I finally found it!

I've been in Arizona for about 6 wks and have tried three nail salons and a another when vacationing in March. This was definitely the best experience. I called and was able to get right in. The staff was very friendly. The salon is small, but very clean. They have a decent amount of color options and services were priced well. My nails look great! If I can schedule appointments around visits to see my son @ U of A, I will definitely be back and will bring my mom and her friend. It seemed the other ladies who were in at the same time were regulars. We all talked and watched tv and had a nice time. They even offered my son a drink and let him sit in the massage chair while waiting.

Loved my Pedicure but most likely won't be going back for a gel manicure. Toni got the ingrown nails in my toes and my feet feel amazing. Only 3 stars because my manicure look rough and I had to go home and file the gel off my skin. Because the gel was sticking to my cuticles the gel is currently peeling and chipping. But on the bright side my toes look amazing.

This is my absolute favorite nail place in town! I've even gotten my nails done elsewhere when I go home for break from the U of A and Wildcat Nail Spa is still my favorite place. I love getting the gel manicure and the spa pedicure combo here. The pedicure is really the standout service - Tony is the only guy who's been able to actually remove the calluses and cracks on my heels! I even came in once with a cracked toenail and he was able to fix it to make it presentable! The prices are affordable and they offer student discounts and a rewards program.

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST place in Tucson to get your nails done. So friendly and so talented. Kim did a beautiful job and I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I'll never go anywhere else!

    Pedicure

They're so sweet and gentle! My pedicure came out super cute. They also have a little rewards thing, where you buy 9 and get the 10th free I believe!

10/10 recommend! I came in with a party of 6 and they accommodated us without a problem. They work quickly and did an amazing job. I've been to a few places in Tucson but this has definitely been the friendliest.

The gold was supposed to be a half moon, i have never hated my nails so much, not to mention the shape was not even.

The service was consistently excellent, and my longtime nail technician was a big reason I kept coming back. About a month ago, I received a call informing me that she had been "let go." She is incredibly talented, and I was genuinely disappointed to hear she was no longer there. Greentoes scheduled me with another technician, Mary, for my next appointment. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. It's disappointing to leave, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I booked weeks in advance, scheduled approximately for the signature pedicure and gel removal. Upon getting to the salon 3 women were at the desk and asked if I was checking in which I said yes and provided my name. One of the women was my nail tech and didn't introduce herself. Pointed to the polish and said to choose one. They have polish on the front desk and on the wall across from the desk. I just picked up the polish on the desk and asked if this was the polish because it looked like it could also be for sale due to it being on the desk. I was then told " you didn't book gel" which was fine I just didn't know which ones I was supposed to pick from. While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.

Unfortunately, my experience changed once my nail tech's regular client arrived. I felt like my appointment became rushed, and the design I received wasn't what I had hoped for. The service started to feel more transactional than personalized. What disappointed me the most was having the agreed-upon price changed in front of me during my appointment. I chose not to argue about it, but it left me feeling uncomfortable. I value businesses that are upfront, honest, and consistent with their pricing. I believe great customer service is about making every client feel valued, not just regulars. I appreciate friendly staff, but I also appreciate businesses that respect their customers' time, communicate clearly, and stand behind the quality of their work.
