I even spoke with the manager and explained to her I was a returning customer, it didn't matter. I'm a firm believer in truth in advertising and I was straight out lied to. After more examination of the unit I noticed two holes in the sides of the door. The rubber had clearly been eaten away. No action had been taken by management to prevent and address this issue. When we called one vendor (not A Family), we quickly found there can be add-on fees on top what the online pricing may suggest. And when we rode by the first place, we also found some self storage business can be in sketchier areas. The apt complex suggested giving A Family Discount Storage on Oracle Road a try and what a blessing that was. Bill who manages the front office and lives on location is a great guy! He is friendly, kind, and put us at ease ... he made the process so easy. A Family Discount is affordable and is adding brand new storage units which are clean and have a raised floor (vs. the first place we called that recommended we should raise the items we were storing off the floor!). If available, you can also rent the truck A Family has on site to move your items into storage-- something that saved us an incredible amount of time. Finally, this specific location is in close proximity to UofA if that is a consideration.

When you call it you have to press * for an operator, but all you get is a message saying their hours are weekdays 5am to 8pm PST. I can see here on Yelp that they are closed on Monday, but that is not what it says in their message. Their website only gives a login form, no contact information.

Don't bother paying extra for "climate controlled". There is no difference between indoor/outdoor temperatures. It is shaded and the indoor bathroom is locked. Forcing people to urinate elsewhere...so wear a mask. The staff is horrendous, rude and lazy. Pay the extra $5 for safety and security (and your health) and rent somewhere else. The guitar was missing its case, and was placed in a "speed pack". There were damages (cracks and scratching). We spoke and both of us agreed to resolve this by taking it to his resources for repair. A few hours later he claimed to have gone to 2 repair shops and feedback was it was not his fault. He heavily relied on this information and turned around and dismissed all responsibility, claiming it was already damaged. He offered a small amount of monetary damages, but when he returned the guitar to my home his tone changed and was very rude. And went back on his word about paying for damages. He got in a shouting match outside of my home with me. My neighbors and family witnessed it. Zeev didnt handle this very well. Zeev comes across as a happy and professional in the beginning, claiming his company has no drama. But its not true. He doesnt handle conflict very well and that must be the way he handles no drama. I told him he'd be getting a bad review, and he had his chance to turn this all around to resolve where the customer would be happy to do business with again. But unfortunately due to those events I will never go back to his services. I paid over $3900 for this service (2 days), tipped his crew both days and I provided lunch and dinner.

Boxes were not taped shut, they put tape over boxes in boxes (like a ps5 in box, they taped down in the box), some boxes they didn't repack and arrived as a sheet of cardboard for the most part, left things that fell out of broken boxes in the front yard, and charged 18% for transportation based on the 3 hours for transportation all of 2 miles. I've hired movers multiple times before and these guys were just lazy and did not care. Boxed off my freezer, which was the main thing I said I needed access to, left a ton of stuff behind claiming literally "we got most of it", I needed another full truckload to pick up what they would not. The originally agreed on deal was $138/hour including transportation + gas. The bill was about 4.5x that.
