Dr. Iseman was so kind and enthusiastic when examining my dog, she loves visiting the vet! Dr. Fountain was patient and flexible when scheduling and performing a dental cleaning and hind limb radiographs for my dog. When I picked her up, she almost didn't want to leave! They aren't booked out a long ways, which has really helped me work vet care into my schedule while being a student.

Then teeth clean was estimated about 1400 per dog without having the x-rays or knowing if they need any teeth pulled then they took my pets back and did their blood with a three month time limit on scheduling before for me about the time limit for their teeth. Just horrible treatment. If you want to talk to a lab who thinks they are experts about everything, and have you animals labs prolongingly spite out to you on the phone without receiving copies then you may have found your place.

Along with her date of birth. They filled out my paper work all wrong- saying it was her first parvo vaccine when it was her second... She was 8 weeks when she was 12 weeks old.. Would be nice for the shot records from the vet to be you know accurate considering that's what I am paying for exam services, correct shots, them being the experts? Plus when I move or go to groomers I need accurate vaccine info. (2020) Second time: I called when I was an hour away because Pig was in distress and needed a c-section. 3 pups were healthy and something was off. We were taken right in! Great! Then they sat on Pig for 3-4 hours and the last puppy, regardless of the heartbeat they confirmed on arrival, died because it was in distress too long. They gave me the body identified as a female. The presence of a penis makes me question that assumption. $3k. (2026) Third time and absolute last. Again I called an hour ahead. I came home from work to Pig paralyzed.I went into action and she went to the local emergency vet since it's Sunday. They sent her straight to K-state. The doc in Topeka called the kstate doc. My dog has now been sitting for 10 hours. Paralyzed, on the lobby floor with cuddles. She voided her bladder and was ashamed. She got all the kisses, she's sick. It happens. Piggles is clean. Loved. Cuddled. Still waiting to see a doc. It's been 10 hours.

After taking her home Pyper began vomiting and defecating on herself. By the time we returned to the clinic she had started seizing. It was after hours so my husband and daughter played the vets assistants-helping to hold Pyper down and intubate her. The doctor opened her back up and found a "bleeder" in her words. Ultimately our sweet baby girl passed. The doctor took no responsibility for her botched surgery. In fact, she asked if we had rat poisoning in or around our house that she could have gotten into or if Pyper had a blood disorder . Keep in mind this clinic did a pre-exam to approve her for the surgery. This doctor never took the time to call and check on my daughter knowing what a horrific traumatic experience this was for her and my husband. We understand accidents do happen but her lack of compassion, empathy and accountability is appalling. If our experience saves just one furry friend it will be worth the time to share our heartbreaking experience. RIP baby girl!

He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone. This was appreciated more than words can say. This was one of our darkest moments and you did everything possible to comfort him, as well as us and i will never forget that. Took my yorkie poo here to get groomed after being turned away from Petco because my pup wouldn't…read morelet them anywhere near his face. Animal doctor found that there were open wounds on his face from being attacked by an animal (most likely a raccoon), but it was covered by his hair (so I had no idea). They sedated him, cleaned the wound, finished his grooming, and sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds, all for $100. I was so pleased they took such good care of him and will never go anywhere else for grooming (and everything else). They were understaffed when I went, but still took ample time to explain everything to me and were so nice to my pup. They called me to provide updates and asked before doing anything that would cost more than what was expected. Next month I'm taking him to get some teeth pulled/dental cleaning, and I feel very confident he'll be left in good hands. Also should note - on a normal day (no open wounds), his grooming would only cost $45 here, which is cheaper than PetSmart or Petco, even with their military discount. AND I get peace of mind that he will be cared for properly and taken out to relieve himself. My pup also has major anxiety and typically everywhere we go I get judgement like it's my fault. But not here! They know how to handle animals with these types of issues and don't place the blame on the owner. They did recommended I might bring him in more often (which may sound like a sales ploy) but I could tell they were really wanting to help me get his anxiety under control. I put him on a 6 week grooming routine which also gives me a discount. I think it's going to be perfect for my pup! They also are very upfront about pricing. They take the time to go through quotes and tell you exactly what needs to be done, and what is optional. I'm so incredibly happy I took my pup here!

And the kennel techs Layla and Aliyah obviously love animals, they were just as sad to see him go as I felt dropping him off. For the first time in his 8 year life he was excited to see vet staff. He started throwing up after eating and they called me and the emergency number I left. When I brought him in to the vet another occasion the techs and assistants remembered him (who aren't part of boarding) he got lots of pets and love. The vet herself was extremely patient and kind and dumbed down things for me. *MAINLY* my boy is reactive and they made sure that he wouldn't have to be in the lobby with other animals. He also has a bunch of scabs behind his ear from the groomer.....I love the prices but not now seeing my dog being scared of us just walking near him calling for my other dog...he's acting like he was no joke hurt and mistreated and odds are that's likely because his breed is very stubborn and only responds to gentle and kind training once you raise your voice they shut down like this....never again.
