I brought it in the garage and looked at the blade and it looked like they hadn't touched it. Wasn't sharp at all and didn't show any signs that a grinder had touched it. I used to take my mowers to Mark at Arizona Air Cooled Engines and they came back with shiny edges on the blades and bed knives and cutting like a razor. Unfortunately Mark, the Proprietor passed on. Keen Edge was the first place I tried and I won't be going back.

I was quoted $35 by two people Amber and Jeremiah who fixed the machine. we agreed I DIDN'T need diagnostics (another $34) just needed the parts replaced. I call to see if it is ready and am told the cost is now $69 By a Joshua. His reasoning, the other 2 employees were wrong and shouldn't have quoted me. I said well that is no way to do business, quote one rate and then charge another even when we agreed I didn't need diagnostics because I just needed to have two parts replaced. I pick it up from Amber who said it would be $35. Her response, "they are always arguing in the back". Great way to run a business. Charge more then double what was agreed upon and the machine (almost new) has gas all over it, not the way it was brought in. I will never use this business again.
