She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly.
