As soon as I get into the car, I had to sample. What a pleasant surprise, it was delicious... The texture was chewy and "sour" just the way it should be. No air holes or gaps. The focus on locally sourced, halal and kosher dairy and are certified by the fairfield county vaad hakashrus. We got two böreks: cheddar jalapeño and leek and onion. Both were really really good.
