Then when the person received the flowers it wasn't what I ordered, I ordered (Christmas Kindness) a centerpiece with candles for her. An arrangement I chose to correspond with the note I added to her arrangement. I understand that Rachel inform me that they were going through renovation but I never received a call saying the order wouldn't be delivered on time. You didn't have the right items to make the arrangement I chose, something would've been better than nothing. Communicating with me  would've given me an opportunity to choose an arrangement that I preferred. Instead them choosing an arrangement without me knowing. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and bad for business. I will use every social media outlet and the BBB to share my experience. I can't even explain how furious I am. We entrusted this business to deliver with the intention to show our condolences and love to the receiver and her flowers came DAYS AFTER the homegoing service of her son and then it wasn't what we ordered.  For these reasons I wanted a reimbursement for our purchase. Day 1. The delivery person only made his presence known by racing his engine in our paved parking…read morearea. Then he left (driving on the lawn) before I could reach the door. Several hours later the gift-giver asked whether I had received her gift of flowers. I then found a local phone # in the recent calls list (NO Caller ID, no voice message, no text) and called it. Was told I had not answered the door. I complained about the driving on the lawn and was told that I had to be mistaken as their driver had never done such a thing. After too much back and forth was promised delivery the next day. HUH - it was only mid-afternoon when I called. I finally agreed to the late delivery but stipulated that the driver who acted so strangely was not to come onto the property again. Day 2. Mid morning phone call checking to see whether it was OK to deliver and to inform me that the driver of Day 1 would be coming here. I told the caller NO. He was not to come here and she insisted that he wanted to "talk" to me. Eventually she made the delivery herself. The flowers were not worth delivering in the first place. They had been past their prime the day they should have been delivered and by Day 2 were considerably battered. As for being an 'arrangement' - they are a mixed bouquet jammed into a too small diameter vase. My friend wasted her money (FTD isn't cheap}. This mess will have dropped its petals and been assigned to compost in a very few hours. This place wasn't worth it.
