I brought two…read morevintage original photographs to Karl for framing, One was framed nicely, but he lost my vintage, 1950's Roy Rogers picture, never to be seen again three years later. At first he was in denial of losing it. He looked throughout his shop for it, never to be found again. (He called it "Gene Autry," but it is an original black and white of Roy, printed on good quality paper, not a glossy knock off. His solution was to have me buy a knock off of the picture on ebay and he would pay for that. Surely, with the rise in value of the picture, he wasn't going to pay to replace it at that price. Meanwhile, I see that the value of my vintage picture continues to go up and it is somewhere in Karl's shop. If anyone sees it there, could you get it back to me? It's not as though I wanted any old photo framed by a professional. I brought a good piece to him with the intention of having it preserved and shown on my walls.

Ran into this Michaels to pick up some HTV that I needed to complete an order as I ran out, with…read moreonly 1 shirt left to go ! I went in around the later part of the evening around 6:30 PM. The store was not crowded at all. I was greeted by an employee when I walked in and was asked if they could assist me in finding anything. Luckily I had frequented this Michaels location so I knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it in the store. So I replied no but thank you for asking. Great customer service goes a long way it at least feels that the employees care about your shopping experience. This Michaels cricut aisle is well organized and kept. All the vinyl was stocked and in the right place. This made is super easy to locate the color I came for, GOLD! I grabbed it and headed to checkout. To my surprise there was a sign that the vinyl was on sale for $9.99/roll. I prefer the Siser Vinyl and this is usually priced between $18.99 to about $29.99 depending on roll color and size of the roll. So any sale is good in my hood ! When I got to the checkout, there was no line and the cashier was waiting and ready! She rang me up, asked for my rewards number and sent me out the door! Nice, quick, in and out trip to get what I needed which I'm glad was in stock. Order finished successfully

I love Michael's and the items they offer. But every time I come to this specific one there's some…read moreweird mid-20's white dude that always really weirds me out at the register. My first time in he asked me 'are you sure?' genuinely more than 10 times. It was annoying but I got checked out and left. Today, I go to the register and after I scan my items at the self checkout the same man goes 'Nooo, round up, cmon you're a horrible person'. My partner goes, "that's rude" and he responded "yeah I know". He just walked away after that but I swear every time I go in I feel literal dread when I see that guy working.

I went to the store on May 29th and it looked almost done . At this point I was excited to get it and give it to my husband. I went back to the store June 12th to see what was going on, since I didn't get a phone call or text on the status of the coin holder and it wasn't open . I was ok that's fine I'll come back, I went back to the store. Every day for a week in the store was never opened. Eventually, I found them on Facebook and added them sent them a message asking what was going on. I kept getting the runaround on when to pick up and when it was going to be ready every day was a new excuse on why they couldn't meet up or give me the coin holder . Eventually on Monday May23rd I received the product. It definitely looked like it was just got thrown together with no care in the world. When I first approach this company to make my husbands coin holder, I gave them a reference photo of what I wanted. The only thing that looks remotely like the photo I gave them is the shape everything else looks horrible .when I received the coin holder I could tell it just got burned or glue because it smelled really bad . Before meeting that day he said he already had it done a couple days prior to meeting up, so I was questioning why it would smell like he just now finished it. I'm not sure if he just didn't care about the project or what it was but I was very disappointed especially since this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift/anniversary gift. The communication with this company was absolutely horrible. It definitely was not worth $360. I was highly disappointed because I was looking forward to it and thought it was gonna look absolutely beautiful. I am highly disappointed the owner could tell I was disappointed, because he even said himself "Oh, you don't even like it." if I was him and I knew a client didn't like something I would feel bad and try to get a refund or make a new one. But no, he acted like he didn't care that. I didn't like the product at all, also at this point I was so over him . I just hope this review gifts another person a spotlight on how this company operates . The communication is horrible, The product is horrible, the quality is terrible.
