I love this salon!! I've had my hair colored here twice and cut several times. I've also been to both Brandie and Megan and had a great experience with both! They are pros at balayage/foilage and really amazing. I had my hair done with Brandie today. She spent a lot of time consulting with me over what I wanted and what would worn and may not work for me in the pics I brought in. She nailed it with the final result, and I'm thrilled! They are both very friendly and easy to talk to, and I feel like the prices are very reasonable for how great they are. I will not go anywhere else - please never move!!! read more

She wasn't the least bit intimated by my extra long hair and so I decided to take the long drive and give B. Suite a shot! Y'all, My hair was bad! Ashley did an amazing job on my hair and was so patient with me during the whole process (I have long hair and lots of it, so the coloring, cutting, and styling took about 4-5 hours). Within minutes Ashley started to text me about what services I needed and to learn more about me. Like who does that? Ashley does! Brandie is a life saver! I am new to the Atlanta area and originally went to a salon that according to yelp had great reviews. Little did I know I would leave looking like a striped tiger as if I let a 10 year old highlight my hair with a box color set from Walmart. I wanted to like this place bc of all the good reviews. So disappointed. I should of known when I walked in the salon, & the couch was up side down, & they only had one client. I wanted subtle blonde highlights for my dark brown hair and was told by Brandie that the color I wanted was achievable. My hair results was not what I was told. The highlights was not a full head of highlights & it was brassy, but Brandie insisted it would lightened up. Beware of the charges! There was no pricing online or at the salon & I paid over $250 for the sad service & I did not get 20% off my first time service. I was even nice enough to give a 20% tip which I shouldn't have, bc I had trusted Brandie. Learn my lesson. I contacted the salon so many times to see if I can come in to have them fix this, but never heard back & online they said you can text them, so I did & they texted me (yes text you, bc they do not have a receptionist) and told me that I would have to make another appt., & that it would take several times to achieve light blonde highlights on my dark hair. Note, I have brown hair, not pitch black. This is absurd what they charge. Also, the employees were gossiping so much dropping profanity here & there. You would think this is a professional work place. Never coming back to get my hair done here. Should of went to Aveda & I would of paid wayyyy less! Do not go to this salon unless you want to pay over $250 for the hair color you did not ask for. read more

B Suite Salon Buckhead is an amazing salon. Both Brandie and Lida are talented and professional. Most recently I had my hair done by Lida for the first time. I was beyond happy with my results! I have received so many compliments since having my hair done. I had a full balayage done with a long layered haircut. I instantly felt so beautiful and pampered. The process took a few hours and Lida made me feel so comfortable. She is nice, fun to talk to, talented, and professional in her work. She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable with our game plan during my consultation and then when I arrived at my appointment she made sure we were both on the same page. That kind of attention to detail is definitely something you want in a stylist. If you look at her work on @lidaparks on Instagram you can see for yourself how awesome her skills are. I have recommended her work to all my friends. ***Bonus points! Both Brandie and Lida have made it their signature finishing look to curl your hair at the end of most appointments if that fits your style. I found Brandi via Instagram a while back and I have been going to her ever since. I'm typically a salon hopper and very picky but I find myself returning to her every time I need a color and cut. I can't speak to her skills, but I had a pretty poor experience with Brandie as a business owner. I arrived at the salon, which you have to be buzzed in to, and got no response on my multiple calls. Apparently she moved suites, but the sign on the door still lists her old suite. Then I called her cell twice, getting no response. Finally, someone else let me in and I found her suite. She was doing another customer's hair and said that's why she didn't pick up her phone. I stated that my appointment was at 1:30 and it was 1:40. She asked me to wait and being that she was blow drying the other woman's hair (which i assumed meant she was almost done,) I agreed. She left me standing in the hall for 30 minutes past my appointment time without a word of explanation other than "oh I thought my husband called you". Finally I told her I couldn't wait any longer and she apologized and said she had actually canceled all of her appointments that day because the a/c is out. Which would have been nice to know before I drove 30 minutes there. She was very polite, but didn't offer anything other than that she was surprised to see me show up. I was bummed because she had such great reviews, but this was a pretty ridiculous experience. read more
