I felt very comfortable after our consultation. She was very meticulous with her work. She took her time and demonstrated precision and patience (she is a perfectionist). I came in for a color correction, I wanted to go back to my natural color. I got a women's haircut and the service requested was exceeded, Aisha went above and beyond to give me a beautiful, functional hair cut and took the time to make this a top-quality experience by making small touch ups and using a pomade stick for my flyaway hairs. Those small touches make the difference between an average haircut and a special one and this was definitely special to me. Trey is very kind and attentive to detail and genuinely cares about what is best for your hair. Trey's techniques are unmatched. I get balayage that never damages my hair. Trey also is one of the few people I have found that offer Klix hair extensions. I got my hair done and left feeling like a new person. My soul was lifted. I went to work the next day and received multiple compliments saying they could not get over how AMAZING my hair looked. He completed a total transformation of my hair from dyed (for years) brown to silvery grey with charcoal low lights and silvery wisps all flowing so seamlessly from my roots that it looks like I took a year to grow it out naturally. Her cuts are amazing. I've only gone to her for a haircut but both times I've been pleasantly pleased! I plan on going to her more. It's difficult to find someone who can cut your hair properly so it was wonderful to find her. The salon is also very nice and everyone there is very accommodating. 5 stars! love it! there is free parking in the parking lot, on the P3 level. prices are also medium and reasonable. As many of us during quarantine and lockdown, I decided to experiment on my own hair in 2020. Between the bleach, "color oops" products, and a variety of different shades of pink and purple dye, my hair was a damaged MESS! After the new year, I knew it was time to finally fix what I had done. I was paired with Andrea at Bespoke Salon for my color correction and I'm so glad I was. After a full day at the salon (there were several steps in achieving the final result and Andrea wanted to make sure it was done right without damaging my hair even more), she brought my hair back to life! Not only does it feel healthier, but it's finally the color I had wanted all along (note to self: please don't experiment on your own hair ever again). My experience at Bespoke and with Andrea was nothing short of wonderful and Covid safe (which was very important to me), and I look forward to my return when I'm ready for a touch-up (or possibly a new color to try out!) read more

I am very thrilled every time I visit the salon, feeling like a million bucks because the service is very detailed and the staff is very attentive. Prior to visiting, I was looking for anything decent that specializes in blondes and I have found it! My color is fantastic. My new stylist is AMAZING! I was recommended products to me that I never would have been able to find with research. I knew I wanted to give this place a try even prior to coming because the staff on the phone was super friendly and helpful scheduling my appointments and trying to figure out the day/time that works best for me even after me cancelling/rescheduling. It's hard to trust a hair salon, but they've gained my trust! The waiting area was clean, chic, and comfortable. I waited just a few minutes before taken to the chair. I really like how my stylist walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She listens to me as I described how I want my hair cut and offers helpful suggestions. I explained what I wanted and why. She asked about my general hair care routine and the products that I used and informed of how I could get better use of the products. I was given advice on upkeep with growing out my hair. Then she worked her magic and gets the perfect shade of blonde. I feel she is talented and someone I could trust going forward. The result was greater than expected because I absolutely loved it. And you know it's great job because I have received so many compliments. Everyone I have interacted with the salon has been great it it's a place I really felt comfortable. The salon is really gleaming and the products are top of the line. For quite a while I was having the urge to cut my almost-to-my-butt hair back to a short, cut bob that I had a couple years ago to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths**, the only issue was figuring out a salon to entrust this task to. Of course I turn to Yelp to help solve this issue. So after work, I found myself booking an appointment online with Irene for that same afternoon. The entire process was super easy and I loved that I didn't have to call and be put on hold a billion times. I did have a little trouble finding the actual salon since it's not street facing. If you use GPS, you will incorrectly end up by Marlow's Tavern. The actual salon is located on the P3 parking deck of the Publix shopping deck at the Prado. Salon is very cute. I loved all the retro decor and the wall of hair dryers they had on display. Everything was clean and very relaxed. Irene was so sweet and hysterical. She was definitely taken aback by my drastic request but she was totally on board after I showed her what I wanted and ensured her that I was comfortable cutting off almost a foot of hair. She was a total perfectionist and did a great job texturizing my bob to give it movement. She never made me feel uncomfortable for pointing changes I wanted done here and there. So of course it looked great leaving the salon. I washed it and let it dry without any styling this morning and it still looks fantastic. This was easily one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I will definitely be back! **Pantene Beautiful Lengths is a hair donation program that makes FREE wigs (unlike Locks of Love which is currently under investigation for charging patients) for patients with cancer. Amazing, talented stylists. This is not a review about them, it's about the incompetent, salon owner. When I used to frequent this salon, the AC unit here was broken for the entire sweltering summer of 2019. All the staff had complained about the broken AC as well, but the owner had no backbone to get it fixed or complain to her commercial landlord. This proceeded me to write a negative review then, which promoted the owner to write me a apology follow up on Yelp. HOWEVER, this lead her to threatening my stylist's seat at the salon, unless I take the original review down. Very, very shady practice. Do not recommend supporting this owner, what so ever. read more
