If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. I had no signs of this and wanted peace of mind. After reading Patrick's reviews and having seen lots of people recommend him on FB I thought it would be a good idea to call him and find out for sure. Patrick visited me, inspected my attic, entire exterior of my house and my roof to see if he could find any issues and lucky me there were no signs of rodents and he said that my house is in great shape, and I have nothing to be concerned about. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital.
