    I bought my car through Hugh white. the experience with the sales associates was fine. they were…read morefriendly and worked with me. BUT i recently had to use their service center. I usually go to a small and local shop for most of my maintenance but this time, based on the issue, I decided to take it to the dealer. so appointment at 9am and we drop it off. there's a clicking sound that needed to be looked at, as well as oil change while it was there. so it started off okay and then by noon I got an update, they said they'd call me when it's done. the tech was taking his lunch and they'd finish up. they said the issue with the clicking sound was a "walnut" from a "rodent". mind you, there was no signs of a rodent being in there what so ever. so they later redacted that statement and said just a walnut. and that it wasn't covered by warranty. car isn't even a year old either, and has had routine maintenance. whatever, so I'm waiting for the call for them to say they're done and we can pick it up. sat home and waited ALLLLLL day. heard nothing. finally at 4:50 we called, there about to close and it's like how's the car not done?????? and theyre like "oh. it's done and put together." OK? so why didn't anyone call and say that like they said they would lmao. then they're like "oh well we close so you can't pick it up today" like I'm sorry what??? so we said no we would like to get it. they said they have to get the bill put together and then theyd leave the keys in it and we could get it. because they had 8 hours to locate a walnut and change the oil and somehow that wasn't enough time to type up the bill. so they want me to pay 500$ to replace the part not covered under warranty since it was caused by one single walnut, which nobody knows how that even got inside the car. there was no rodents in the car. weird. car isn't even a year old either. so get the car back. glove box was dismantled and not put back in correctly, my dad had to fix it. they "changed the oil" but never put a sticker saying when it would need changed again, never reset it in the dash, then they charged us for other maintenance that they never did. they said we refused a tire rotation but nobody asked if we wanted it done. not to mention that we've called 3 times now to try to talk to a manager or SOMEONE, and they just say nobody is there. called US to ask us to pay them to do the tire rotation, the one that they initially said we refused, and when on the phone with them we asked AGAIN about our concerns and who to talk to, and they just wanted to hang up since we weren't interested in giving them our business again. also called Honda to complain about them as well, and about the warranty. they were the only people concerned and said they would contact the dealer.
