I had a great experience the first time I used Wildwood Spa. So I figured I used them again. I scheduled my wife for a massage on June 10th. Then I get a text changing the date to July 10. I scheduled Jun 10th because it was my wife's birthday. But, I explain to my wife and let it ride. Then they (the spa) send me a text changing the name of my masseuse. Ok, then I get another text changing the date and time. So, my wife calls and changes the date to July 27th, because it fit with her schedule . Lo and behold, today, I get a text changing the date to August 3rd. This unprofessional. If you need to change dates or times you call the client. We pick dates for OUR benefit, not yours. read more

While visiting Georgia, I was in desperate need of a massage. After being beat up in a fitness course at Ft Benning, I decided I was going to yelp a massage place. Here I found this place and my life has been changed forever! What sold me was their Fort Benning deep tissue massage! That right there told me they knew exactly what my body needed! I called that day and they were able to take me in a few hours. I walked in and was immediately greeted. They were super friendly and welcoming. I was taken into my room where essential oils were in the air and calming music was playing. Let me tell you, this massage was heavenly! One of those massages that makes your eyes roll to the back of your head! She got in there with her elbows and found all the knots and kinks. I went for the first time and I got the Purifying Facial + extractions. I went to their new location. Personally I think the extractions were not much. I got home and I felt that I really had a lot more that could have been extracted out of my face. Maybe the girl was trying to be gentle but I wish she would have been a little more aggressive with the nasty on my face. Either way my skin still get nice and they staff was great. read more

Amazing! I originally came here in March and got a deep tissue massage. I just recently went back to get another and it was just as amazing as the first time. I had a baby in Nov and am in the process of getting back into my exercise routine (so, you definitely can say I'm sore!) I have gotten plenty of massages in my life but nothing like the one I got here. Dana is absolutely amazing!! So, driving to a hospital facility for business, and having had a really difficult travel week (and 'muscular week'), I happened by the Wildwood Day Spa. On a lark, I called to see if they had an appointment/opening for a massage in the next hour - and they DID! So, I concluded my business appointment, and went for a VERY relaxing hour massage (deep tissue and relaxation). The massage was terrific, and although I typically get a 90 minute, just because I am 6'4" and have more territory to cover, this massage did the trick for me. Those knots were chopped down to manageable status, and the rest of my week was therefore improved. Can't say anything about the salon services (then again, I shave my head, so this doesn't apply, anyway), but it seems like a nice place for nails, hair and whatnot. I've been getting massages for several years now. Based off a close friend's recommendation, I visited Wildwood. I opted for the "Ft. Benning Deep Tissue" and it was the best massage of my entire life, easily. Furthermore, I requested for some hip and leg stretches since I'd pulled my hamstring several months ago and it was still bothering me. After the stretching my leg felt much better and more like it did prior to pulling my muscle. I highly recommend this establishment. The massage table was wobbly. I felt like it was going to break the whole time, so it was not relaxing. For reference, I'm a petite 5'1. The receptionist wasn't friendly. My massage room opened directly to the waiting room, so not the most discrete while the therapist went in and out. It was across the street from a school's playground, but they didn't have enough white noise/music to block out the kids screaming and playing. I arrived 5 min early to fill out paperwork, and we still didn't start until 15min after my apt time. I get a massage once a year for my birthday, and this was by far the worst one. read more

I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE Just moved to the area and found this after doing some research online. I went in for a Brazilian Wax and ended up leaving with half of my skin burned off/ripped off. The wax was going well until she got to a more sensitive part. I told her the wax was too hot and she did nothing about it. I ended up having to wave the wax after she applied it to me because it was scorching!!! This happened multiple times after I had already told her it was too hot. I have been getting waxed for over 5 years, and anytime the wax is too hot they turn the heat down on the machine or they let the wax cool on the stick prior to applying. They did neither one and continued to burn me. I did not realize how bad the damage was until the next day. DO NOT GO HERE! I also called and left them a message regarding my concerns and it has been 2 weeks and STILL NO RESPONSE. one word of advice - DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I had a wonderful massage by Tiffany last week. This spa operates very professionally. I had no trouble making an appointment, and once I arrived, the pre-massage registration went just like it would at some of the best resorts. My masseuse listened to my concerns and worked accordingly. During the experience she communicated with me so that any needed adjustments or concerns were addressed. This place is a hidden gem. I've been getting prenatal massages from Ms. Dana. She is just awesome. She will work your muscles. She definitely knows her A&P. You don't feel like you just paid someone to rub oil or lotion on you. I feel very relaxed and muscles are relaxed afterwards. Also, she keeps the massage station warm, so when you lay there you are not laying on a cold flat table. She takes her time on your troubled areas and really works on them. read more
