I was already 5 minutes behind and estimated I'd arrive in 7-10 minutes--possibly 2-3 minutes past their "grace period." The response? "If you're over 10 minutes late, we have to reschedule." I explained I was only in town for the week and couldn't reschedule. Their solution? Charge me a cancellation fee anyway. My dentist is more flexible. My doctor is more flexible. Even my veterinarian is more understanding than this. Life happens. Emergencies happen. A rigid 10-minute policy with zero consideration for circumstances--especially when a customer calls ahead--is poor business practice. I understand policies exist for a reason, but good businesses know when to apply common sense. This wasn't it. I won't be back, and I can't recommend them to anyone who values customer service over inflexible rules.

The names are confusing and resonates with age rather than styling and service. My stylist was patient enough to understand my needs and she did a great job as well. She explained the services, products and prices. I chose the 10 year cut and it took 20 mins. My stylist was always ears to my changes.
