I've been a customer there for quite some time, but lately it feels as though they've shifted gears -- in the best possible way. What stands out most is the balance in their selection. They offer an appealing mix of evening wear, casual everyday pieces, and beautifully tailored clothing in rich, flattering colors. The pants are consistently good, the jackets are glorious, and the sweaters are the kind you want to touch. Everything is thoughtfully curated and priced sensibly, which is dangerous for me because I can always find something I won't be able to resist. Their jewelry selection has also taken a noticeable leap forward. They still carry small, affordable, easy pieces, but they've also added more distinctive designer items​ lately -- bold colors, contemporary shapes, and intriguing materials. Dragged my classmate here on a whim and was greeted by one of the best consignment shops in Towson…read more(,,,maybe even Baltimore?). This shop is the real deal. Premium fur (mink, rabbit, racoon..) and leather chaps at affordable prices. Authentic single stitched vintage shirts, 70's bomber jackets, matrix trenches. You name it, its here. It is a shop full of statement pieces. I think the only downside of this shop is that there is no silver or gold, all jewelry is costume grade. We had the honor of meeting the owner, a traveling musician who had accumulated some of the stock over his journey. His name escapes me, but he also assured me that he wouldn't remember my name so it'd be ok. He was hilarious and I highly recommend chatting him up if you stop by. Try to come here on a weekday between 10am & 4pm, the hours are based on whims but those are the best times.

There were a few dresses and skirts that were more for younger women. I also get the impression that this is the kind of place that you have to keep checking and can make some good finds there. I don't think they order more than a few items in each size/color. If you miss it, that's your loss! I brought in a brand-new pair of Badgley Mischka shoes (retail value $139) that I received as a gift but couldn't wear because they were too small. They offered me $9, which I declined--no big deal. I planned to sell them elsewhere. The issue happened when an employee placed a pricing sticker directly on the shoe. When she removed it, it ripped part of the finish and left behind paper and adhesive residue. I pointed it out immediately, but I was told it was "just paper" and that it would come off. When I got home, I realized the residue wasn't coming off, and the sticker had actually damaged the shoe. I returned to the store to explain what happened. The owner looked at them and told me it was "no big deal" because the damage was barely noticeable. She offered me $40 for the shoes instead of taking responsibility for the damage her employee caused. These shoes were brand new, still in the box, and were only damaged because of how they were handled in the store. What disappointed me most wasn't just the damage--it was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that they had caused the problem, and no real effort to make it right. When I asked if they could offer $50 instead, I was told they would lose money. At that point, it was clear the focus was on protecting their profit rather than taking care of a loyal customer. I'm still shocked by how this situation was handled. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way.
