He explained everything he was gonna do before he did it. He was very professional and cleaned up very nicely. A year later, we were running a tool off of that outlet and and a surge of electricity shorted out the outlet. We called Bates electric again and Cameron came out and repaired the outlet and got it all working again. At that time, we to attach that line to an existing switch in the house. he was able to come back and complete that within less than an hour. He was very professional very friendly and if we have any work to be done, we're definitely calling Bates electricity and asking for Cameron.

I had a major MAJOR issue and repair several years back that they fixed, quickly addressed and within a couple days, rather than the couple weeks I was quoted by other providers. The costs across the several providers as I was getting quotes were all within a couple hundred dollars of each other (for a project known to cost more than $6k) but Drexler was also able to schedule it and get it done within the week. It was done quickly and well. And I have used them for most of my HVAC and plumbing concerns ever since. They have tried to up-sell me every time they come. But that is honestly something I have come to expect everywhere. They don't argue with me or push harder after I decline, though. Most of the time they speak to ME, the solitary female homeowner, but a couple times I've been asked if I need to call in my "husband" or other male partner when discussing specifics and money, which will SET ME OFF. Even if there is a male partner in the picture or in the house, it is MY HOUSE. You've been dealing with me the whole time, continue to do so. I will address it in the moment and make it awkward. But that has been the minority of the time. Still, it's gotta be called out. When I do correct, they roll with it and give me the nitty gritty. I feel established and generally well taken care of with Tom Drexler, so I will remain a customer unless something egregious happens.

On the day of service, not only did they steal my copper and say it was "A part of the cleanup". They charged me $3500 and overdrawn my account. I called to get it fixed and was told that they would give me a refund. It's been five days, and I still haven't received it. I called today, and they told me it would be another 3-5 business days. That will be 2 weeks they have taken $3500 from me. I am unable to pay for food, bills, or gas. And all they had to say was, "I am sorry it was an error in the processing system". That is not acceptable.

I explained the system symptoms and I was never given a quote. I was told your heat is working and Ronnie the service tech said your bill is 385. I asked what did you repair and he said a 3amp fuse and I moved a wire. I stated that is a huge mark up for a fuse and a wire. The night the same issue occurred. Ronnie returned and replaced the fuse and the issue happened again. I called and Kaytln stated no one could come out until Friday. I told her, I have paid an extremely high dollar amount and my furnace is not working. I can't afford to be without heat for two days and you guys have been paid. I have a toddler in my home. I the spoke with Meagan and Ronnie returned after 5 pm. He disconnected my AC unit and put a 5 amp fuse in my unit. This could have caused additional problems. I then contacted Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling. I received a true diagnostic and the correct amperage fuse is installed. I paid Mitch Craig a diagnostic fee because I didn't trust Airtech anymore. I had a short in my thermostat wire and this was not discovered by Airtech whom charged $385 dollars.
