He met my husband at our duplex when he said he would, and come to find out, rodents had made a nest in the stove (I don't think it had been used in a bit). I'll spare you the disgusting details, but suffice it to say, William identified the issue, made sure everything was safe as much as possible, gave us info on what we could do next and did not try to upsell us. They provided me with a 4-hour window of when they would arrive, and called ahead of arrival. I have a 12 year old front load washer that had error codes which I provided to them on the initial appointment set-up call. The drum was spinning and the machine was draining, but not truly washing the clothes and spinning all of the water out of them. William arrived within the scheduled window of time, immediately began testing the washer, and within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem with my machine, the motor needed replacing. I could actually hear the motor and it sounded very poorly when it was running. Also, the interface needed replacing as well. William provided me with the cost of the motor replacement, and alone it would be over $500.00. He advised me that it was not worth repairing and I would be better off purchasing a new washing machine. William explained many different options to me, and was very helpful. He even provided me with detailed advice regarding new washing machines to purchase and where! He also looked at an old dryer I had not used in over a year and diagnosed what I thought was the heating element gone bad. Quoted me a price on repairing it as well. For the cost of a service call I was provided with kind, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance! Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION APPLIANCE!!

While he was at our house, I decided to ask him about the water softener that came with our newly purchased house. We had it turned off b/c one of our kids is on a sodium restricted diet. I wanted to know if he could bypass the drinking water (since our water softener uses salt) and just have it hooked up for the rest of the house. Rich advised we talk to our doctor first, because sodium might be absorbed through the skin, which would defeat the whole purpose of bypassing the drinking water. In my estimation, Rich went above and beyond and we will definitely call him the next time we are in need of a plumber.

He could have installed a new motor but it would be a waste of money. But it was up to me what I wanted to do. After inspection It was obvious he was being honest. We decided to replace both units. They set us up with financing and was approved in minutes with a reasonable payment. The units were high quality like his installers, Mike and Bryson. Since we got the run around from the other "company" for 2 weeks to install a fan motor, he sent his guys to do the installation in one day!
