There was an out the door price without a price breakdown nor other official documents included (odometer disclosure, title transfer, and so on). After confirming the VIN for the preapproval loan with the bank and getting a check made payable to the dealership, he did not communicate with me. In fact, he did not answer my phone calls nor did he reply to my text messages. Levi lacked transparency and etiquette. As a sales person for a real dealership with a brand to lose, I've never seen anything like this before. If I was the reason someone told my boss that they did not complete a $50,000 transaction I would have to find somewhere else to work, tomorrow. Buyers beware, be very careful, be very cautious- do not give this company money before you receive any merchandise and or paperwork for said merchandise. PS, I just had to add this, because I have not heard from this dealership since Tuesday of last week I find it highly ironic that they wanna reach back out to me today because I transparently put them on blast and let all of their potential clients know what type of business they do here. Brought in to have timing corrected, vehicle ran fine on the way there. But not so fine on the way home. Was told notches on timing are both pointed up. Was told by elsewhere one should point up and point down. Will talk to them on Monday when they open again as it is Friday and they are closed now. I give 3 stars and will boost up later when problem is known if timing is off or not still... Update: 10-22-2013 Can't right a new review so must edit. I gave 2 stars instead of 3... Timing is still not set correctly, they claimed to have double checked the work, but by doing so you got to do the whole job over because of how the timing cover comes off a geo metro 1990 Lsi. Anyways.. They did not put the timing belt cover back on and screws were lose. The alternator belt went threw the timing cover so now I need to replace the cover on top of them not aligning the timing. I had to print out directions to show him how to set timing on the car and where the marks were at. They just aligned it up with the spring, which is not exactly where the mark is at. (As directions I printed out showed) This will probably be my last time as with my 1997 Pontiac Bonneville I brought in for an estimate and they replaced $800+ worth of parts with labor with no ok to do so. The owner got upset but the employee just told him he will handle it, that I brought it in to get the problem corrected. I just bought a new belt, so now I will have to replace the cover. I will also have to replace the alternator belt now as it ate threw the timing cover.

Paid $150 for them and even tho I work at a grain elevator, they are advertised as a good work boot.. Well if wearing them to work everyday is classified as abuse then perhaps they shouldnt sell them. The dont hold up. A full replacement of an item that doesnt last AT LEAST 6 months is not out of line. One cannot replace boots at that price of $150.00 every 5 months. They would have given me a 30% credit. In the meantime I have to purchase yet again more merchandise from a store that offers poor quality merchandise. Very dissatisfied. needless to say will not be returning to the store to purchase any footwear. This went on for 8 months saying they e Would fix it and reimburse me for expenses. (Rental, storage, etc) they backed out. They said they used a torque wrench and dont to tighten oil bolts. It fell out when in Fargo, January 3rd. They said they would pay to have it fixed and reimburse for a rental car. They backed out leaving me with the cost of storage, vehicle cost of engine being swaped. Stuck in a hotel, etc. They took responsibility. Had phone call recorded and had to take them to court to prove it. On the recording manager said he would have my car fixed. After recording played he said he mever said that, after listening to himself. Judge looked at him like he couldnt believe he said that. They lied to me a lot and put me through so much stress. They should of been thankful it wasnt on the highway as the storm prevented anyone from going on the roads. Lies from the shop, to court. On the phone they even admitted they would of tightned it to 13lbs max. Should be tightned at 29lbs for my car. (Not even halfway tight) The one on main kepty keys before and wouldnt give me my car unless I bought tires so had to get the police involved. All NW tires have caused me problems. 2 of my neighbors also had lose oil bolts but caught it before damage could be done from NW express oil changes.
