Basically, my auto insurance went up by $300 for no reason. I sent him an e-mail not to automatically renew to allow me to compare rates and he responded to my e-mail me that my insurance has been cancelled. I thought that was drastic but it turned out it wasn't cancelled but pending cancellation. I called his office a few weeks later to look into renewal options and the person I spoke to (Blaine) told me it may be too late to renew even though my insurance was still active. He told me he would get back to me but I never heard back. I called their office a week later but no one would pick up. I hide my caller ID and called back but someone would pick up and then hand up once they recognized my voice multiple times. I called all state to report the issue and they switched me to a different agent. I sent Sean Howey an e-mail to let him know that I am taking my business elsewhere and will share my experience with others and he went ballistic and threatened to sue me.
