I told Ryan that I had a new faucet on order, and it was being shipped up from the warehouse in Stockton. It should be here either today or Wednesday, July 1st. He set up an appointment for Thursday between 3 to 5 pm, and asked that I call back and let them know when I receive the faucet. Faucet was received later that evening from UPS, and I called and left a message saying it was delivered and it would be available for Thursday. I then called again on Wednesday morning and left another message saying I had received the faucet yesterday, and was looking forward for them to be out tomorrow. Thursday came and went, no plumber arrived, so I called them and left a message asking what was up, and for them to call me back. They called me back this morning (Friday, July 3rd) and said there was a mix up, and that they meant Thursday, July 9th. It is possible that this was the case, however, who has a kitchen faucet leaking under the sink and can afford to wait 10 days to get it fixed. Had they told me up front that it was that far out, I would have said "thanks, but no thanks". Additionally, I was pretty clear when I called and left messages that the new faucet was on hand, and I was looking forward for them to be out tomorrow, that at least I was under the impression that it was for this Thursday. It is possible that they meant the 9th but didn't communicate it, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave 2 stars. And yes, I've experienced better. If you use them, I hope you have better luck than I.

There driver Art called me at 7:00am on Friday and met me at the gate at 7:45am. Delivery was made under some very difficult circumstance.
