I would not recommend doing business with William. I paid for parts and services that were never completed. After weeks of little communication, he said he would return the parts and refund me once he received reimbursement. That was months ago, and I still have not received the refund. I tried to be patient and followed up multiple times, but my messages have mostly gone unanswered. If you plan to work with this company, be very cautious and make sure your payments are protected. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option! Just say no! Guy came out put a scanner to the fridge that wasn't cooling and told me it would be $300 to fix and take 6 days for parts. Plus, $40 cash to show up. Called another company same day they came out and fixed it that day. read more

Will is a nice guy but don't ask him to do any type of electrical work. I asked him to do pull wire and install a 240v outlet with a breaker. 1 he did a hack job of the drywall. 2 he didn't wire up the receptacle correctly and I had to fix it. 3 he said he was going to fix some wiring in the main breaker panel which he charged me for and did not do. 5 he overcharged the crap out of me for the install. read more

And I had to message him to find out. 2nd red flag - Then when he did finally come he wanted 500 for parts and labor. In less than a week, Will reversed a pretty serious bathroom leak in our home that was damaging sheet rock, supporting lumber and flooring. He didn't over-charge for materials, did the labor, himself, and cleaned up after every day. If he thought that he was going to be late getting to the house, he always texted ahead of time. We are so pleased with the repairs, commode installation and vanity replacement and the complimentary paint job to our bathroom! :) He is welcome to come back and work on our many household improvements, any time! I live in West Richland and have never been coned before, but boy was I ever ! I'm an 82 year old widow and trusted Will (he's a lire) ! I payed him $1,722.66 for lumber, $329.19 for yard material, $2130,66 for labor from Feb 17,2025 to April 22nd,2025 total of $4182.02 ! He started four jobs and never finished one. Last time I saw him was April 27. I ask him to deliver all material to my home so I can get a reliable man to do all jobs I have all ready paid him for. He said he would bring the material to me ( as soon as he laid his daughter to rest ) June 9th. No daughter, no material. This man had lied to me from the minute I met him ! Never trust a person who says he is a Christian and wares a cross. You will know them by their fruits. I wish I knew how to post pictures. If I could give Will a ZERO star I would. I worked with a company who contacted Will to do some electrical work for me. He did not show up for our first scheduled meeting. After some back and forth he agreed to do the work. Initially he wanted the entire cost of the project upfront which was supposed to be $1900 which would include the cost of the electrical permit. I gave him $1000 upfront. He started the job and said needed parts and more money. This was after he had barley started the job. I gave him 400 and several days later he showed up to finish the work about 10 minutes he said he needed another part and more money so I gave him another 300. As the day wore on he never returned. When I texted him, he said where he went did not have the part. It was getting dark and the house cold. I went to turn my furnace on and it did not work. I also noticed that the refrigerator had no power. I went out to the panel and those were the only 2 circuits he had worked on. I texted him and let him know we had no heat in the house. I never heard from him again. I notified the company who had contacted him and found out all they had done was look on YELP. If I had known that, I would have looked at the reviews and saw that I was not the first one he had ripped off. I researched him and checked the https://lni.wa.gov/licensing-permits/contractors/hiring-a-contractor/verify-contractor-tradesperson-business and never found a license for him, feel free to check it our yourself. His full name is William Davis, I checked under that name and also his YELP account of Will-I-Am. If you choose to use him I highly recommend don't give any money until the work is done. Will did an excellent job. Plugged the roof ventilation holes and even returned to plug the hole a bird remove the plug from. Treated the eves with natural concoction to keep the wasps away and will return in the spring to assure the treatment is working. read more
