Very unhappy with my pedicure today, the women was trying to work very fast and was being very rough with my feet and when i told her that she was hurting me she got very annoyed. I had my phone between my thighs while getting something out of my bag and the women continued to try to rip my phone out of my legs to set it on the table when i said that it was fine i felt she crossed a bounty without even asking before trying to touch my phone to move it. What a disappointment. A friend and I had our nails done here for a super important Gala. It was my first time here. I was so unhappy with the lack of understanding of what I was asking for. Next thing I knew my nails were being clipped. Yikes that is not what I asked for. Understanding your clients is so important. Either the gal didn't understand enough English to do what I wanted or she was just doing what she wanted and not what I wanted. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and have gotten in the past my nails done here multiple times. When I went to get my eyebrows waxed the lady botched them up and I left with one eyebrow completely shorter than the other. I deal with a lot of self esteem issues and this had me breaking down in tears over how bad it looked. Not even that but past acrylic manicures I have gotten always broke off and chipped less than a week. I will not be going back here. read more

My first visit tonight was for pedicure and my experience was great! Just what you'd want in a pedicure... Relaxing, and not being shorted on the good stuff like the massage. The #1 is $30 ( $10 more than their Basic ) and included a sugar scrub, a 10+ minute massage which they timed with a kitchen timer, and also a paraffin treatment on your heels at the end! I agree with the previous comment that they did not seem rushed and took their time. Of course it varies with each pedicurist, but I had Tracy and she was great. Good value. read more

DO NOT YOU WASTE YOUR TIME!! I used to walk in and get helped right away. Loved the services and prices were decent. Recently I've tried to go there multiple times and they ask you to come back in an hour meanwhile the salon is empty?? They tell this to everyone now unless you have an appointment. I'm sure they won't be in business much longer once they realize 80% of their business is from walk ins. So disappointing. read more

Love this place! I chose it out of convenience but is now the only place I go to around here for mani pedis. Also have gotten eye brows waxed here, they do a decent job but I prefer threading which they don't do. $30 for the regular mani pedi, usually will get a short massage while nails are drying. read more

Get an experienced tech and you will be very happy. Some of the older women are very grumpy especially if you bring in your younger daughters for a mani-pedi. Not sure why... Last night I went in as a walk-in for a gel manicure. There were three other customers there and three people working, four including the kind woman (maybe manager/owner?). One person was almost done, so I was seen by Eason within 5 minutes of arriving. Eason made it clear that he was in a rush the entire time. He RIPPED my cuticles off dry without soaking them first and pushed down on my nails so hard while doing so that they feel bruised today. He did not consider the small cuts around a couple of my nails as he dug right into them until they bled. It was so painful and stressful. The back massage he gave me was so rough I can feel it today, and the hand massage lasted 20 seconds and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He did not acknowledge me after I paid him. I have lived in numerous different states and have NEVER had an experience like the one I had last night. If I do go back to Will Nail, I will make an appointment with anyone besides Eason. Every other worker there spent time and effort on their clients, which is what we go there for and spend our money on- a relaxing, peaceful experience. read more

I went here on Saturday 3/10 and this past Friday 3/16, I went just for a manicure on 3/10 and a gel manicure on 3/16 and I got Lulu both times. I felt very rushed by her on 3/10, she did a sloppy job on my manicure and she painted them very streaky and then laughed at me when I asked her a simple question. On 3/16 I went for a gel manicure and was hesitant to have her do my nails again but I didn't make an appointment so I had no choice. While she was clipping my cuticles on my pinky finger it started to bleed which does happen to me because I have very dry skin so I wasn't upset. What upset me after and the reason I will never go back there again is because she dabbed the blood with a paper towel and as it was still bleeding she went in with the trimmers again. It wouldn't stop bleeding so she put NAIL GLUE on my cut. She moved the glue around with the nail glue applicator and didn't clean it off and she put back under her station. She didn't clean off the counter that she smeared my blood on either. What nail technician in their right mind thinks to put nail glue on somebody's bare skin is a good idea and is also that unsanitary. If the health department walked in there that place would be shut down in minutes. I was a loyal employee for over a year and a half and my business is now gone. They did a great job on the pedicure, but when it came to my full set not so much the gentlemen was very rough, and i just got them done yesterday and it looks like i had them on for 2 weeks already its ridiculous going back today to complain about this horrible work and tacky nail design they did. read more

They were so rude. They told us to sit down and wait and then said that they could only do one of us not both my friend and I. Pretty pointless when we wanted to go together. I've been to this salon a few times and after yesterday's visit, I will never return. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was never asked which pedicure I wanted, just received the standard one. The woman asked me if I wanted the calluses on the bottom of my free removed and pointed to a bottle of lotion. I said yes and she said the charge was $7 and got up and came back with the device to shave the calluses off the bottom of my feet. I told her I did not want her shaving the bottom of m feet. Apparently this was a big deal that she had to call the manager over, talking to him loudly in another language. I told hi. I did not want my feet shaved. He said ok, and then she storms off and comes back with a ped egg, I again to,d here that I did not want the bottom the bottom of my feet shaved. She then showed the botto. Of my feet to the woman working next to her and they started to laugh. Others working there joined in and talked about it. So of course everyone was looking at me. Talk about embarrassing, and all because I wouldn't let them shave the bottom of my feet. I never received the eyebrow wax I asked for and after the ordeal with the pedicure, I did not want her taking care of my eye brows. read more

I have gone to Will's on numerous occasions and always had a decent mani/ pedi. I went there recently and had the absolute worse pedicure to date. The guy who did it.. Was clearly miserable being there. He wouldn't engage in any kind of conversation even when I made small talk. He barely groomed my nails, removed my callouses and as far as the leg/foot massage was well under 5 mins total! I asked fir the added special callous remover that's shaves off the callouses and oil is also applied.. The charge $7.. I still have hard callouses on my feet. I pointed this out to him.. Nothing was done. I wanted to request someone else right in the middle of this treatment. I' will not be returning because it was clear the other employees could see what was going on and seemed to point things out to him but nothing was done. There are way too many other places around to have to deal with a bad apple like this guy. Too bad for the nail salon. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with my nails!!! I am from Florida, here for the summer. My pedicure was okay (you get what you pay for) but the manicure was the worst. HE FILED THE TOP OF MY NAILS!!! I was questioning in my head why he would do that, and when it REALLY hurt my thumb I told him. He continued the same process on the other hand and I was so nervous at that point, I asked him to stop. The application (gel nail polish) was sloppy, tip filing was uneven, and when I got to my car and really Looked, my nails were thin and flexible!! I have had gel polish applied for 4 years, and HAD completely healthy, strong long nails. That is what they were when I walked into this salon. I went back in and showed the owner and requested a refund! She said it wasn't healthy to have gel polish all the time. I have never had damage to my nails from this, but in Florida they soak off ALL the polish, not file what is left on. SHE GAVE ME A GIFT CARD. One thumb has split down the middle, and every single nail over the course of a week broke or kept tearing. when my nails continued breaking and splitting, my husband went with me, I showed her the damage as a result of their work, and she gave me a refund. $25 of my own $$ back was not enough for the damage they caused. I thought nail salons and their workers need to be educated and licensed. Based on my experience, I would stay away!!! BTW, when I called for the appointment, I asked her to schedule me with one of their best!!!! read more
