I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.
